參賽作品格式要求 | Entry Format Requirements

為確保參賽素材的評審效果、展示品質與資料規範性,本次2026國際菁英青少年兒童朗誦大賽參賽素材(含報名資料、作品檔及原創證明檔)需嚴格遵循以下格式標準,請所有參賽者務必遵守。

To ensure the review effect, presentation quality and data standardization of entry materials, the entry materials for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Recitation Competition (including registration materials, work files and original certification documents) must strictly comply with the following format standards, and all participants are requested to abide by them.
 

支持格式 | Supported Formats:

朗誦作品:提交視頻檔(優先推薦 MP4 格式,也可提交 MOV 格式);若為特殊情況無法提交視頻,可提交音頻檔(限 MP3 或 WAV 格式)。同時需提交朗誦篇目文本檔(PDF 或 DOCX 格式),若為原創篇目,需在文本檔中注明並附上原創證明相關資料。
 

補充說明 | Supplementary Notes:

視頻素材要求(核心參賽素材):

  1. 拍攝畫面需為橫屏(16:9 比例),解析度不低於 1080P,幀率 25fps 以上;

  2. 畫面穩定、光線充足均勻,背景整潔無雜亂,避免無關人員入鏡;

  3. 聲音清晰無雜音、無迴響,突出朗誦者聲音,音量大小適中;

  4. 視頻需完整呈現朗誦全過程,無剪輯拼接痕跡,禁止添加浮水印、特效標識等干擾評審的元素;

  5. 單個視頻檔大小控制在 50MB-500MB 之間。

音頻素材要求(特殊情況備用):

  1. 音質清晰無雜音、無失真,取樣率不低於 44.1kHz,位深度 16bit 以上;

  2. 單個音頻檔大小控制在 5MB-50MB 之間;

  3. 需單獨附帶朗誦者正面清晰照片(JPG/PNG 格式,解析度≥300dpi)。

文本及文檔素材要求(朗誦篇目、報名資料、原創證明檔等):

  1. PDF 格式:限單個檔提交,若為系列資料(如篇目背景介紹、創作理念等),需整合為單個 PDF 並按邏輯標注章節序號;

  2.  DOCX 格式:需使用標準字體(宋體 / 黑體),字型大小不小於小四,行距 1.5 倍,避免格式錯亂或亂碼;標題字號為小二、加粗,正文字號為小四。

作品時長要求:根據不同參賽組別設定對應時長標準(幼兒組≤1 分鐘;小學低年級組≤2 分鐘;小學高年級組≤3 分鐘;初中組≤4 分鐘;高中組≤5 分鐘;公開組≤6 分鐘)。


所有素材命名規範:「參賽組別 - 姓名 - 作品名 - 素材類型」(例:小學低年級組 - 張三 -《我的馬年願望》- 視頻 - 朗誦;初中組 - 李四 -《少年中國說》- 音頻 - 朗誦;高中組 - 王五 -《時代頌歌》- 文檔 - 朗誦篇目),便於後續整理與評審,未按要求命名將影響素材審核進度。

2026國際菁英青少年兒童朗誦大賽參賽要求 | Participation Requirements for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Recitation Competition

為保障比賽的公平性、專業性與規範性,本次2026國際菁英青少年兒童朗誦大賽特製定以下參賽要求,請所有參賽者嚴格遵守:

To ensure the fairness, professionalism and standardization of the competition, the following participation requirements are formulated for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Recitation Competition, and all participants are requested to abide by them strictly:

一、主題與形式 | Theme & Format

朗誦主題自主 | Independent Theme Selection

參賽者可自由確定朗誦主題,鼓勵結合自身語言風格、朗誦特長,選擇契合時代精神、國際視野、多元文化感悟或個人生活體驗的篇目進行演繹,充分展現青少年兒童的語言表達天賦、朗誦藝術修養與國際化審美視野。Participants may freely determine the theme of their recitation. It is encouraged to combine personal language style and recitation strengths, select passages that fit the spirit of the times, international perspective, perception of diverse cultures or personal life experience for interpretation, so as to fully demonstrate the language expression talent, recitation art accomplishment and international aesthetic vision of young people and children.

形式規範 | Format Specifications:

參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽(團體組每隊 2-8 人,需明確組長及成員分工,協調朗誦節奏與配合細節)。參賽作品形式需提交符合本賽事「參賽作品格式要求」的視頻或音頻素材,同時提交朗誦篇目文本檔;朗誦篇目可為經典文學作品選段或原創作品,若為原創篇目需附上原創證明相關資料,若為經典作品選段需註明作品出處及作者資訊,並確保獲得合法授權使用;需符合朗誦藝術的基本呈現規範,注重語音語調、節奏把控與情感傳達的協調統一。Individual or group participation is allowed (2-8 people per group for group events, and the team leader and members' division of labor must be clearly defined to coordinate the recitation rhythm and cooperation details). The entry form requires submitting video or audio materials that meet the "Entry Format Requirements" of this competition, along with the text file of the recitation passage; the recitation passage can be an excerpt from a classic literary work or an original work. If it is an original work, relevant original certification materials must be attached; if it is an excerpt from a classic work, the source of the work and the author's information must be indicated, and legal authorization for use must be ensured; it must comply with the basic presentation norms of recitation art, focusing on the coordination and unity of pronunciation and intonation, rhythm control and emotional expression.

二、演繹規範 | Performance Norms

參賽作品須由參賽者本人獨立演繹或團體成員協作演繹完成,確保參與過程的真實性與演繹的原創性(演繹風格、情感表達、節奏設計等需為參賽者自主設計或經合法授權借鑒,若借鑒經典演繹版本的核心表達形式,需註明出處及授權證明)。嚴禁冒名頂替、請人代演或抄襲他人演繹成果(含未經授權使用他人演繹設計、創意表達等),一經發現將立即取消參賽資格、撤銷已獲榮譽並進行公示。The entry must be independently performed by the participant or collaboratively performed by group members to ensure the authenticity of the participation process and the originality of the performance (the performance style, emotional expression, rhythm design, etc. must be independently designed by the participant or borrowed with legal authorization; if borrowing the core expression form of a classic performance version, the source and authorization certificate must be indicated). Impersonation, asking others to perform on behalf of oneself or plagiarizing others' performance achievements (including unauthorized use of others' performance designs, creative expressions, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If discovered, the participation qualification will be cancelled immediately, the obtained honors will be revoked and publicly announced.

三、內容準則 | Content Guidelines

內容合規 | Compliance Requirements

參賽朗誦篇目內容須符合「積極向上、多元包容」的國際青少年交流核心精神,主題健康、內涵豐富,傳遞樂觀進取、文學審美、文化自信、跨文化友誼等正向價值觀,嚴禁包含以下內容:低俗色情、暴力血腥、封建迷信等不良資訊;侮辱他人、惡意攻擊、種族歧視、違背公序良俗的表達;商業推廣、政治敏感元素;以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反各國法律法規的內容。不符合本賽事演繹規範、與朗誦藝術無關的參賽素材(含誤提交的非朗誦類資料)將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規,相關法律責任由參賽者(或其監護人,未成年參賽者)自行承擔,主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。The content of the participating recitation passages must conform to the core spirit of international youth exchange of "positive and inclusive". The theme should be healthy and connotative, conveying positive values such as optimism, progress, literary aesthetics, cultural confidence and cross-cultural friendship. The following contents are strictly prohibited: Obscene, violent, bloody, feudal superstitious and other bad information; expressions that insult others, maliciously attack, discriminate against races or violate public order and good customs; commercial promotion, politically sensitive elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents violating the laws and regulations of various countries. Entry materials that do not meet the performance norms of this competition or are unrelated to recitation art (including incorrectly submitted non-recitation materials) will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant (or their guardian, for minor participants), and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.

核心評分標準 | Core Judging Criteria

評審團將從青少年兒童朗誦的核心藝術要素出發,對參賽作品的語音語調、演繹表達、節奏把控等維度進行綜合評定,具體評分維度如下:

The judging panel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the entries from the core artistic elements of youth and children's recitation, including pronunciation and intonation, performance expression, rhythm control and other dimensions. The specific scoring dimensions are as follows:

語音語調(30%)| Pronunciation and Intonation (30%)

普通話標準規範(若為外文朗誦則發音精准),聲母、韻母、聲調清晰準確,無方音干擾;語調抑揚頓挫、輕重緩急把握得當,契合篇目情感與主題內涵;停連設計科學合理,語氣自然流暢,充分展現扎實的語言功底與聲音駕馭能力。

演繹表達(25%)| Performance Expression (25%)

能深刻領悟朗誦篇目核心主旨,通過語氣變化、情感張弛、眼神交流等方式精准傳遞作品思想與情感,引發聽眾共鳴;演繹風格鮮明獨特,情感真摯飽滿,與篇目主題、文風高度契合;整體演繹具有較強的藝術感染力,能體現參賽者的朗誦修養、情感體悟與語言表達天賦。

節奏把控(20%)| Rhythm Control (20%)

朗誦節奏張弛有度、快慢得當,與篇目內容的情節發展、情感變化精准匹配;開篇引入自然、中間鋪陳有序、收尾沉穩有力,整體節奏流暢連貫;團體朗誦需注重成員間節奏協同,配合默契無紊亂,實現整體演繹的和諧統一。

篇目與風格適配(10%)| Passage & Style Adaptation (10%)

選取的朗誦篇目主題緊扣積極向上、多元包容的核心精神,契合青少年兒童的年齡特徵與表達需求;演繹風格與參賽者自身聲音特質、朗誦擅長領域高度契合,篇目難度設置符合自身能力水準,能充分發揮個人優勢,展現鮮明的演繹思路。

創新亮點(10%)| Innovative Highlights (10%)

鼓勵在演繹風格、表達形式、篇目改編(需合法授權)、情感詮釋等方面進行創新(如獨特的敘事角度演繹、聲情與肢體語言的創意融合、多元語言混搭演繹等),或通過原創篇目演繹展現獨特的藝術思維;突出個性化表達與時代氣息,避免千篇一律的演繹模式。

規範與細節(5%)| Standardization & Details (5%)

嚴格遵守比賽各項規範,作品格式(視頻/音頻)符合要求,標註資訊完整準確,提交材料(含報名資料、篇目文本、授權證明等)齊全規範;儀態得體大方,上場問候、下場致謝禮儀規範;參賽過程中尊重評委、對手與工作人員,展現青少年兒童良好的道德素養與嚴謹態度。
 

成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method:比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算,結果保留小數點後兩位,確保分數精准公正。

The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.
 

為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性,本次比賽評審團由國際國內多方資深朗誦與語言藝術領域專業人士組成,具體包括:國際知名語言藝術院校教授、國家級朗誦類賽事評委、資深語言藝術教育專家、知名播音主持藝術家、優秀朗誦演員及語言文化領域學者。

To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior professionals in the field of recitation and language art from both domestic and international backgrounds, including: professors from well-known international language art academies, judges of national-level recitation competitions, senior experts in language art education, renowned broadcasting and hosting artists, outstanding recitation performers and scholars in the field of language and culture.

所有評審團成員均具備豐富的青少年兒童朗誦領域評審經驗與深厚的專業素養,熟悉不同年齡段青少年兒童的朗誦特點與發展需求。賽前將接受統一培訓,明確評分細則、紀律要求及國際化評審標準,評審過程全程記錄、全程監督,確保評審行為客觀公正、結果權威可信。

All members of the judging panel have rich experience in reviewing youth and children's recitation and profound professional qualities, and are familiar with the characteristics and development needs of recitation of young people and children of different age groups. They will receive unified training before the competition to clarify the scoring rules, discipline requirements and international review standards. The review process will be fully recorded and supervised to ensure that the review behavior is objective and fair, and the results are authoritative and credible.

​參賽限制 | Submission Limit

每位參賽者(含團體)在本次比賽中僅可報名參與一個年齡組別、一種參賽形式(個人/團體)的賽事。若同一參賽者(含團體)重複報名多個組別或形式,僅以最早提交且審核通過的報名資訊為准,其餘報名自動失效,賽事組委會不另行通知。

團體參賽者需確保所有成員均符合本次比賽的年齡資格要求,並指定一名聯絡人(可為參賽成員或監護人)負責比賽期間的各項溝通事宜,聯絡人資訊需真實有效。

Each contestant (including groups) can only register for one age group and one participation form (individual/group) in this competition. If the same contestant (including group) registers for multiple groups or forms repeatedly, only the registration information submitted earliest and approved will be taken as the standard, and the other registrations will be automatically invalidated, and the event organizing committee will not notify separately.

Group contestants must ensure that all members meet the age qualification requirements of this competition, and designate a contact person (who can be a team member or a guardian) to be responsible for all communication matters during the competition. The contact person's information must be true and valid.

藝術比賽核心獎項設置 | Core Awards Structure for the Art Competition

本次2026國際菁英青少年兒童朗誦大賽核心獎項以 “梯度激勵、精准認可” 為原則,所有獎項均依據評審團綜合評分(語音語調、演繹表達、節奏把控、創新亮點等)排名確定,按各參賽組別(幼兒組 / 初小組 / 高小組 / 初中組 / 高中組 / 公開組)分別劃定獲獎區間,確保榮譽的專業性、針對性與公平性,具體等級及評選標準如下。

The core awards of the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Recitation Competition adhere to the principle of "gradient incentives and precise recognition". All awards are determined based on the comprehensive score ranking (pronunciation and intonation, performance expression, rhythm control, innovative highlights, etc.) of the judging panel. The winning ranges are separately defined according to each participating group (Kindergarten Group/Primary 1-3 Group/Primary 4-6 Group/Secondary 1-3 Group/Secondary 4-6 Group/Open Group) to ensure the professionalism, pertinence and fairness of the honors. The specific levels and selection criteria are as follows.

    賽事頂尖榮譽,表彰語音語調精湛、演繹表達獨到、節奏把控精准的頂尖參賽者(含團體),其朗誦作品在語言規範度、情感傳遞力、主題詮釋深度及藝術感染力上均達到高水準,堪稱青少年兒童朗誦藝術與語言表達實力的標杆代表。

  2. 金獎 | Gold Award:所有參賽者中綜合評分11%-25% | 11%-25% of all participants in comprehensive scores
    高階能力認可,肯定朗誦領域中基礎扎實、發揮穩定出色、藝術感染力強的實力參賽者。作品語音標準規範、演繹情感飽滿、節奏流暢得當,主題表達清晰有力,演繹風格鮮明獨特,充分彰顯青少年兒童朗誦的高水準素養。

  3. 銀獎 | Silver Award:所有參賽者中綜合評分26%-40% | 26%-40% of all participants in comprehensive scores
    核心潛力表彰,鼓勵朗誦領域中語言技巧嫺熟、演繹呈現自信、具備顯著提升空間的進階參賽者。作品已形成自身特色,在情感詮釋、節奏設計或風格塑造上有亮眼之處,助力其朗誦藝術之路進一步成長。

  4. 銅獎 | Bronze Award:所有參賽者中綜合評分41%-60% | 41%-60% of all participants in comprehensive scores
    基礎能力肯定,表彰朗誦領域中語音標準、表達流暢、節奏穩定等基礎要素紮實,情感傳遞真摯、展現濃厚朗誦熱愛的成長型參賽者,給予其堅持藝術追求、持續前行的動力。

  5. 優異獎 | Merit Award:所有參賽者中綜合評分61%-80% | 61%-80% of all participants in comprehensive scores

為保障參賽雙方權益,明確賽事相關規則,現將獎項定制費用、領取細則及核心參賽條款公示如下,所有參賽者均視為已閱讀並同意遵守。

To protect the rights and interests of both parties and clarify the relevant rules of the competition, the award customization fees, collection details and core competition terms are announced as follows. All participants are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by them.

一、獎項定制費用 | Award Customization Fees

獲獎者可自願申請定制印有本人姓名的專屬獎項,具體套餐及費用如下:

二、獎項領取細則 | Award Collection Terms and Conditions

比賽獲獎結果將通過WhatsApp通知獲獎者,並同步在官方網站進行公示;Competition results will be announced via email to winners and posted on the official website simultaneously.​​​

定制獎項將在定制申請截止日後兩個月內完成派發;Customized awards will be distributed within two months after the customization application deadline.​​​

所有獎項及證書均以運費到付方式寄送;All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect.​​​

獎項及證書一經簽收或領取,若出現損壞、遺失等情況,主辦單位不予補發;Once the awards and certificates are signed for or collected, the organizer will not reissue them if they are damaged or lost.​​​

因獲獎者個人資訊填寫錯誤、聯繫方式無效等原因導致包裹無法投遞的,主辦單位不承擔任何責任;The organizer shall not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect personal information filled in by the winner or invalid contact information.

三、核心參賽條款 | Core Competition Terms and Conditions​​

資訊修改費用 | Information Modification Fee參賽者需在提交報名資訊前仔細核查準確性,表格提交後,每修改一項資訊需繳納港幣50元行政費;Please verify the accuracy of your information before submission. Once the form is submitted, a fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each change made.​​​

年齡真實性 | Age Authenticity嚴禁虛報年齡,若發現參賽者實際年齡與報名組別不符,主辦單位及評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格;Participants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is found that a participant’s actual age does not match the registered division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify them.​​​

規則認同 | Rule Recognition參賽者(未成年參賽者需由父母或老師代為確認)需充分理解並同意本次比賽所有規則章程,違反者將被取消資格;Participants (parents or teachers must confirm on behalf of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to all the rules and regulations of this competition, and violators will be disqualified.​​​

作品原創性 | Work Originality參賽作品須為原創,不得侵犯任何第三方權利(包括知識產權、隱私權等)。若作品引發知識產權糾紛及相關法律責任、索賠等,均由參賽者自行承擔;All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.). Participants shall bear full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes, legal liabilities and claims arising from their works.​​​

資訊使用授權 | Information Use Authorization一經報名,即視為參賽者同意授權主辦協會保留並使用其比賽相關照片、影像資料,用於教育及宣傳用途(包括協會刊物、官網、社交平臺等);同時同意協會在官方管道公示獲獎者姓名及相關資訊。提交作品即代表同意遵守活動規則,並認可協會依法收集、處理其個人資料;By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use their competition-related photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes (including association publications, official website, social platforms, etc.); and agree that the association will publish the names and relevant information of winners on official channels. Submitting works means agreeing to abide by the event rules and recognizing the association's legal collection and processing of personal data.​​​

規則解釋權 | Rule Interpretation Right主辦協會擁有本次比賽規則章程的最終解釋權,保留修改條款、詮釋規則的權利,且無需另行通知。所有獎項由評審團評定,結果為最終決定,任何相關爭議均不接受異議,如有任何爭議,一切解釋權歸本協會所有;The association reserves the final interpretation right of the competition rules and regulations, and retains the right to modify the terms and interpret the rules without prior notice. All awards are determined by the jury, and the results are final. No objections will be accepted for any related disputes,In the event of any dispute, the Association reserves the right of final interpretation.
