2026 國際菁英青少年兒童音樂大賽參賽要求 | Participation Requirements for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Music Competition

為保障比賽的公平性、專業性與規範性，本次 2026 國際菁英青少年兒童音樂大賽特製定以下參賽要求，請所有參賽者嚴格遵守：

To ensure the fairness, professionalism and standardization of the competition, the following participation requirements are formulated for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Music Competition, and all participants are requested to abide by them strictly:

一、主題與形式 | Theme & Format​

創作主題自主 | Independent Theme Selection

參賽者可自由確定音樂創作主題，鼓勵結合自身藝術風格、創作特長，融入時代精神、國際視野、多元文化感悟或個人生活體驗進行創作，充分展現青少年兒童的音樂天賦、藝術修養與國際化審美視野。Participants may freely determine the theme of their music creation. It is encouraged to combine personal artistic style and creative strengths, integrate the spirit of the times, international perspective, perception of diverse cultures or personal life experience into the creation, so as to fully demonstrate the music talent, artistic accomplishment and international aesthetic vision of young people and children.

形式規範 | Format Specifications:

參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽（團體組每隊 2-8 人，需明確組長及成員分工）。參賽作品形式可為獨奏、獨唱、合奏、合唱等音樂類型，須提交符合本賽事「參賽作品格式要求」的素材：音樂作品需提交現場演奏 / 演唱高清錄製視頻，若有音樂編創方案需同步提交規範電子檔案；若涉及現場展演，所需樂器、服裝、伴奏等材料由參賽者自行準備，確保符合展演安全規範與舞臺呈現要求。Individual or group participation is allowed (2-8 people per group for group events, and the team leader and members' division of labor must be clearly defined). The entry form can be solo performance, solo singing, ensemble, chorus and other music types, and materials that meet the "Entry Format Requirements" of this competition must be submitted: music works need to submit high-definition recorded videos of on-site performance/singing, and if there is a music composition plan, standardized electronic files must be submitted simultaneously; if on-site performance is involved, the required musical instruments, costumes, accompaniment and other materials shall be prepared by the participants themselves to ensure compliance with performance safety norms and stage presentation requirements.
 

二、創作規範 | Creation Norms​

參賽作品須由參賽者本人獨立完成或團體成員協作完成，確保參與過程的真實性與作品的原創性（原創作品的構思、旋律編寫、樂器編配 / 聲部編排、歌詞創作等需為參賽者自主創作或經合法授權使用，若引用他人版權元素如樂曲片段、歌詞、音樂素材等，需註明出處及授權證明）。嚴禁冒名頂替、請人代演 / 代唱或抄襲他人音樂作品（含未經授權使用他人創意、版權內容），一經發現將立即取消參賽資格、撤銷已獲榮譽並進行公示。The entry must be independently completed by the participant or collaboratively completed by group members to ensure the authenticity of the participation process and the originality of the work (the conception, melody composition, instrument arrangement/voice arrangement, lyrics creation, etc. of the original work must be independently created by the participant or used with legal authorization; if quoting others' copyrighted elements such as music segments, lyrics, music materials, etc., the source and authorization certificate must be indicated). Impersonation, asking others to perform/sing on behalf of oneself or plagiarizing others' music works (including unauthorized use of others' ideas and copyrighted content) is strictly prohibited. If discovered, the participation qualification will be cancelled immediately, the obtained honors will be revoked and publicly announced.
 

三、內容準則 | Content Guidelines​

內容合規 | Compliance Requirements

參賽作品內容須符合「積極向上、多元包容」的國際青少年交流核心精神，主題健康、內涵豐富，傳遞樂觀進取、審美提升、文化自信、跨文化友誼等正向價值觀，嚴禁包含以下內容：低俗色情、暴力血腥、封建迷信等不良資訊；侮辱他人、惡意攻擊、種族歧視、違背公序良俗的表達；商業推廣、政治敏感元素；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反各國法律法規的內容。不符合本賽事創作規範、與音樂藝術無關的參賽素材（含誤提交的非音樂類資料）將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規，相關法律責任由參賽者（或其監護人，未成年參賽者）自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。The content of the entry must conform to the core spirit of international youth exchange of "positive and inclusive". The work should have a healthy theme and rich connotation, conveying positive values such as optimism, progress, aesthetic improvement, cultural confidence and cross-cultural friendship. The following contents are strictly prohibited: Obscene, violent, bloody, feudal superstitious and other bad information; expressions that insult others, maliciously attack, discriminate against races or violate public order and good customs; commercial promotion, politically sensitive elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents violating the laws and regulations of various countries. Entry materials that do not meet the creation specifications of this competition or are unrelated to music art (including incorrectly submitted non-music materials) will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant (or their guardian, for minor participants), and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.
