2026國際菁英青少年兒童跆拳道比賽參賽要求 | Participation Requirements for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Taekwondo Competition

為保障比賽的公平性、專業性與規範性，本次2026國際菁英青少年兒童跆拳道比賽特製定以下參賽要求，請所有參賽者嚴格遵守：

To ensure the fairness, professionalism and standardization of the competition, the following participation requirements are formulated for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Taekwondo Competition, and all participants are requested to abide by them strictly:

一、主題與形式 | Theme & Format​

創作主題自主 | Independent Theme Selection:

參賽者可自由選擇跆拳道競技、品勢（個人品勢/集體品勢）等參賽項目，鼓勵結合自身技術特長、訓練基礎，融入跆拳道精神（禮義、廉恥、忍耐、克己、百折不屈）、國際體育交流理念、多元文化感悟或個人訓練體驗進行項目展示，充分展現青少年兒童的跆拳道技術水準、體育素養與國際化競技視野。Participants may freely choose taekwondo competition events such as sparring and poomsae (individual poomsae/group poomsae). It is encouraged to combine personal technical strengths and training foundation, integrate taekwondo spirit (courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, indomitable spirit), international sports exchange concepts, perception of diverse cultures or personal training experience into the event display, so as to fully demonstrate the taekwondo technical level, sports literacy and international competitive vision of young people and children.

形式規範 | Format Specifications:

參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽（團體組每隊 2-6 人，需明確組長及成員分工，僅限集體品勢項目）。參賽作品形式可為個人競技、個人品勢、集體品勢等跆拳道類型，須提交符合本賽事「參賽作品格式要求」的素材：參賽項目需提交現場展示高清錄製視頻，若有技術訓練方案需同步提交規範電子檔案；若涉及現場競賽，所需道服、護具（護胸、護臂、護腿、護齒、頭盔等）等裝備由參賽者自行準備，確保符合競賽安全規範與場地呈現要求，並經裁判員檢查確認合格後方可參賽。Individual or group participation is allowed (2-6 people per group for group events, and the team leader and members' division of labor must be clearly defined, limited to group poomsae events). The entry form can be individual sparring, individual poomsae, group poomsae and other taekwondo types, and materials that meet the "Entry Format Requirements" of this competition must be submitted: entry events need to submit high-definition recorded videos of on-site display, and if there is a technical training plan, standardized electronic files must be submitted simultaneously; if on-site competition is involved, the required equipment such as taekwondo uniform and protective gear (chest protector, arm protector, leg protector, mouthguard, helmet, etc.) shall be prepared by the participants themselves to ensure compliance with competition safety norms and venue presentation requirements, and can only participate after being inspected and confirmed qualified by the referees.

二、創作規範 | Creation Norms​

參賽過程須由參賽者本人獨立完成或團體成員協作完成，確保參與過程的真實性與技術展示的正規性（參賽項目的技術動作、訓練方案、展示編排等需為參賽者在指導教練輔導下自主完成或經合法授權使用，若引用他人技術編排、經典品勢改編等元素，需註明出處及授權證明）。嚴禁冒名頂替、請人代賽或抄襲他人技術編排（含未經授權使用他人訓練方案、技術創意等內容），一經發現將立即取消參賽資格、撤銷已獲榮譽並進行公示。The participation process must be independently completed by the participant or collaboratively completed by group members to ensure the authenticity of the participation process and the standardization of technical display (the technical movements, training plans, display arrangements, etc. of the entry event must be independently completed by the participant under the guidance of the coach or used with legal authorization; if quoting elements such as others' technical arrangements and classic poomsae adaptations, the source and authorization certificate must be indicated). Impersonation, asking others to compete on behalf of oneself or plagiarizing others' technical arrangements (including unauthorized use of others' training plans, technical ideas and other contents) is strictly prohibited. If discovered, the participation qualification will be cancelled immediately, the obtained honors will be revoked and publicly announced.
 

三、內容準則 | Content Guidelines​

內容合規 | Compliance Requirements

參賽項目內容須符合「積極向上、多元包容」的國際青少年體育交流核心精神，秉持跆拳道禮儀精神，主題健康、內涵豐富，傳遞拼搏進取、永不放棄、體育精神、文化自信、跨文化友誼等正向價值觀，嚴禁包含以下內容：低俗色情、暴力血腥、封建迷信等不良資訊；侮辱他人、惡意攻擊、種族歧視、違背公序良俗的表達；商業推廣、政治敏感元素；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反各國法律法規的內容。不符合本賽事參賽規範、與跆拳道運動無關的參賽素材（含誤提交的非跆拳道類資料）將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規，相關法律責任由參賽者（或其監護人，未成年參賽者）自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。The content of the entry event must conform to the core spirit of international youth sports exchange of "positive and inclusive", uphold the taekwondo etiquette spirit, have a healthy theme and rich connotation, conveying positive values such as striving for progress, never giving up, sportsmanship, cultural confidence and cross-cultural friendship. The following contents are strictly prohibited: Obscene, violent, bloody, feudal superstitious and other bad information; expressions that insult others, maliciously attack, discriminate against races or violate public order and good customs; commercial promotion, politically sensitive elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents violating the laws and regulations of various countries. Entry materials that do not meet the participation specifications of this competition or are unrelated to taekwondo sports (including incorrectly submitted non-taekwondo materials) will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant (or their guardian, for minor participants), and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.
