一、主題與形式 | Theme & Format
專案自主 | Independent Event Selection
參賽者可自由選擇參賽專案（含軟筆書法、硬筆書法、篆隸楷行草任一書體創作等），鼓勵結合自身書寫風格、筆法特長與創作經驗進行選擇，充分展現書法藝術的多元魅力與個人藝術實力。Participants may choose their own participating event (including brush calligraphy, hard-tip calligraphy, creation in any font style such as seal script, clerical script, regular script, running script and cursive script, etc.). It is encouraged to make a choice based on personal writing style, brushwork strengths and creation experience to fully demonstrate the diverse charm of calligraphy art and individual artistic strength.
參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽（團體組每隊 2-6 人），專案形式無額外限制，可根據專案特性靈活呈現：軟筆書法可選擇條幅、對聯、扇面、冊頁等形制；硬筆書法可採用稿紙、專用硬筆書寫紙等載體；團體參賽可進行書體搭配創作或主題系列創作。參賽者須確保書寫內容完整、落款與印章規範（如需），所需毛筆、墨汁、紙張、硯臺等書寫工具自行準備，確保符合專案展示要求與現場秩序規範（現場創作類賽事適用）。Individual or group participation is allowed (2-6 people per group for group events). There are no additional restrictions on the event format, which can be flexibly presented according to the characteristics of the event: Brush calligraphy can choose forms such as scrolls, couplets, fan surfaces, albums, etc.; hard-tip calligraphy can adopt carriers such as manuscript paper, special hard-tip writing paper, etc.; group participation can carry out font-matched creation or themed series creation. Participants must ensure the completeness of the writing content and the standardization of inscriptions and seals (if needed). Required writing tools such as writing brushes, ink, paper, ink slabs, etc., shall be prepared by themselves to ensure compliance with event display requirements and on-site order norms (applicable to on-site creation competitions).
二、創作規範 | Creation Norms
參賽作品須由參賽者本人獨立完成或團體成員協作完成，確保參與過程的真實性與作品的原創性（書寫內容若為自創文稿，需確保版權歸屬；若為經典篇目，需準確無誤引用）。嚴禁冒名頂替、請人代筆或抄襲他人書法作品（含未經授權臨摹他人原創書法並冒充自創），一經發現將立即取消參賽資格。The entry must be independently completed by the participant or collaboratively completed by group members to ensure the authenticity of the participation process and the originality of the work (if the writing content is an original manuscript, the copyright ownership must be guaranteed; if it is a classic text, it must be quoted accurately). Impersonation, asking others to write on behalf of oneself or plagiarizing others' calligraphy works (including unauthorized copying of others' original calligraphy and passing it off as one's own creation) is strictly prohibited, and the qualification will be cancelled immediately if discovered.

內容合規 | Compliance Requirements
參賽內容須符合 “青春向上、積極正能量” 的核心精神，書寫主題健康、文辭雅正，傳遞樂觀進取、崇德尚藝等積極價值觀，嚴禁包含以下內容：低俗色情、暴力血腥、封建迷信等不良資訊；侮辱他人、惡意攻擊、違背公序良俗的文字內容；商業推廣、政治相關元素；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反法律法規的內容。不符合專案規範、與書法藝術無關的參賽形式（含誤提交的非書法類素材）將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規，相關法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。The content of the entry must conform to the core spirit of "youthful and positive energy". The writing theme should be healthy and the language elegant, conveying positive values such as optimism, progress, respect for morality and appreciation of art. The following contents are strictly prohibited: Obscene, violent, bloody, feudal superstitious and other bad information; text content that insults others, maliciously attacks or violates public order and good customs; commercial promotion, political-related elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents. Participation forms that do not meet event specifications or are unrelated to calligraphy art (including incorrectly submitted non-calligraphy materials) will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant, and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.
一、核心評分標準 | Core Judging Criteria
評審團將從書法大賽的核心藝術要素出發，對參賽選手的書寫功底、藝術表現與作品格調進行綜合評定，具體評分維度如下：
The judging panel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the contestants' writing skills, artistic expression and work style based on the core artistic elements of the calligraphy competition. The specific scoring dimensions are as follows:
書法功底（30%）：筆劃精準有力，結構佈局合理，間架比例協調，書體規範到位（篆隸楷行草各體需符合對應書寫法度），用筆提按轉折自然流暢，展現扎實的書法基礎功。
章法佈局（25%）：通篇佈局疏密有致、錯落得當，字距行距協調統一，落款與印章位置規範，整體視覺效果和諧，能體現作品的韻律感與層次感，展現較強的藝術審美能力。
主題契合（20%）：書寫內容與青春正能量主題高度契合，文辭雅正、積極向上，作品格調與選材內容相得益彰，能通過筆墨語言傳遞積極價值觀，展現書法藝術的文化內涵。
創意特色（10%）：鼓勵在書體融合、形制選擇、用筆用墨等方面進行創新（如軟硬筆結合創作、特色形制書寫、墨色層次變化等），或通過自創文稿書寫展現創作能力，突出個性化藝術表達。
規範細節（10%）：書寫內容無錯字、漏字、繁簡混用等問題，筆墨暈染適度，紙張選擇與書體風格匹配，作品無汙損、破損等瑕疵，展現嚴謹的創作態度。
禮儀風貌（5%）：嚴格遵守比賽禮儀規範，現場創作選手需保持場地整潔，提問答謝禮貌得體，尊重評委、對手與工作人員，展現良好的道德素養與藝術風範。
成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method：比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.
二、評審團構成 | Judging Panel Composition
為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性，本次比賽評審團由多方資深專業人士組成，涵蓋：專業藝術院校書法系教授、國家級書法賽事評委、省級書法家協會資深會員、資深書法教育專家及知名書法創作名家。To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior professionals from various parties, including: professors from the calligraphy department of professional art colleges, national-level calligraphy competition judges, senior members of provincial calligraphers associations, senior calligraphy education experts and renowned calligraphy masters.
所有評審團成員均具備豐富的書法賽事評審經驗與深厚的書法專業素養，熟悉書法創作的特點與青少年書法發展需求。賽前將接受統一培訓，明確評分細則與紀律要求，評審過程全程記錄，確保評審行為客觀公正、結果權威可信。All members of the judging panel have rich experience in calligraphy competition review and profound calligraphy professional qualities, and are familiar with the characteristics of calligraphy creation and the needs of adolescent calligraphy development. They will receive unified training before the competition to clarify the scoring rules and discipline requirements, and the review process will be fully recorded to ensure that the review behavior is objective and fair, and the results are authoritative and credible.
每位參賽選手在本次比賽中僅可報名參與一個組別、一個級別的賽事。若同一選手重複報名多個專案，僅以最早提交且審核通過的報名資訊為准，其餘報名自動失效，賽事組委會不另行通知。Each contestant can only register for one group and one level in this competition. If the same contestant registers for multiple events repeatedly, only the registration information submitted earliest and approved will be taken as the standard, and the other registrations will be automatically invalidated, and the event organizing committee will not notify separately.

本次書法大賽核心獎項以 “梯度激勵、精准認可” 為原則，所有獎項均依據評審團綜合評分（書法功底、章法佈局、主題契合、創意特色等）排名確定，按各參賽組別（幼兒組 / 初小組 / 高小組 / 初中組 / 高中組 / 公開組）分別劃定獲獎區間，確保榮譽的專業性與公平性，具體等級及評選標準如下：

二、獎項領取細則 | Award Collection Terms and Conditions
比賽獲獎結果將通過WhatsApp通知獲獎者，並同步在官方網站進行公示；Competition results will be announced via email to winners and posted on the official website simultaneously.
定制獎項將在定制申請截止日後兩個月內完成派發；Customized awards will be distributed within two months after the customization application deadline.
所有獎項及證書均以運費到付方式寄送；All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect.
獎項及證書一經簽收或領取，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，主辦單位不予補發；Once the awards and certificates are signed for or collected, the organizer will not reissue them if they are damaged or lost.
因獲獎者個人資訊填寫錯誤、聯繫方式無效等原因導致包裹無法投遞的，主辦單位不承擔任何責任；The organizer shall not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect personal information filled in by the winner or invalid contact information.
三、核心參賽條款 | Core Competition Terms and Conditions
資訊修改費用 | Information Modification Fee參賽者需在提交報名資訊前仔細核查準確性，表格提交後，每修改一項資訊需繳納港幣50元行政費；Please verify the accuracy of your information before submission. Once the form is submitted, a fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each change made.
年齡真實性 | Age Authenticity嚴禁虛報年齡，若發現參賽者實際年齡與報名組別不符，主辦單位及評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格；Participants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is found that a participant’s actual age does not match the registered division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify them.
規則認同 | Rule Recognition參賽者（未成年參賽者需由父母或老師代為確認）需充分理解並同意本次比賽所有規則章程，違反者將被取消資格；Participants (parents or teachers must confirm on behalf of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to all the rules and regulations of this competition, and violators will be disqualified.
作品原創性 | Work Originality參賽作品須為原創，不得侵犯任何第三方權利（包括知識產權、隱私權等）。若作品引發知識產權糾紛及相關法律責任、索賠等，均由參賽者自行承擔；All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.). Participants shall bear full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes, legal liabilities and claims arising from their works.
資訊使用授權 | Information Use Authorization一經報名，即視為參賽者同意授權主辦協會保留並使用其比賽相關照片、影像資料，用於教育及宣傳用途（包括協會刊物、官網、社交平臺等）；同時同意協會在官方管道公示獲獎者姓名及相關資訊。提交作品即代表同意遵守活動規則，並認可協會依法收集、處理其個人資料；By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use their competition-related photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes (including association publications, official website, social platforms, etc.); and agree that the association will publish the names and relevant information of winners on official channels. Submitting works means agreeing to abide by the event rules and recognizing the association's legal collection and processing of personal data.
規則解釋權 | Rule Interpretation Right主辦協會擁有本次比賽規則章程的最終解釋權，保留修改條款、詮釋規則的權利，且無需另行通知。所有獎項由評審團評定，結果為最終決定，任何相關爭議均不接受異議，如有任何爭議，一切解釋權歸本協會所有；The association reserves the final interpretation right of the competition rules and regulations, and retains the right to modify the terms and interpret the rules without prior notice.
