跆拳道比賽參賽要求 | Participation Requirements for Taekwondo Competition

為保障比賽的公平性、安全性與競技規範性，本次跆拳道比賽特製定以下參賽要求，請所有參賽者嚴格遵守：

To ensure the fairness, safety and competitive standardization of the competition, the following participation requirements are formulated for this Taekwondo competition, and all participants are requested to abide by them strictly:

一、主題與形式 | Theme & Format​

項目自主 | Independent Event Selection

參賽者可自由選擇參賽項目（含品勢、競技、特技、防身術等），鼓勵結合自身技術擅長與訓練經驗進行選擇，充分展現跆拳道的多元魅力與個人實力。Participants may choose their own participating event (including poomsae, sparring, taekwondo tricks, self-defense, etc.). It is encouraged to make a choice based on personal technical strengths and training experience to fully demonstrate the diverse charm of taekwondo and individual strength.

形式規範 | Format Specifications:參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽（團體組每隊 3-5 人），項目形式無額外限制，可根據項目特性靈活呈現：品勢類可選擇傳統品勢或創意品勢，競技類遵循標準對抗規則，特技類可融合創意編排，防身術類聚焦實用場景展示。參賽者須身著標準跆拳道道服，競技類需佩戴合規護具，特技類所需道具（如破板、靶具等）自備，確保符合項目安全與展示要求。Individual or group participation is allowed (3-5 people per group for group events). There are no additional restrictions on the event format, which can be flexibly presented according to the characteristics of the event: Poomsae can be traditional or creative; sparring follows standard confrontation rules; taekwondo tricks can be integrated with creative choreography; self-defense focuses on practical scenario demonstration. Participants must wear standard taekwondo uniforms, sparring participants need to wear compliant protective gear, and props required for taekwondo tricks (such as breaking boards, targets, etc.) shall be prepared by themselves to ensure compliance with event safety and display requirements.

二、創作規範 | Creation Norms​

參賽作品（技術展示）須由參賽者本人獨立完成或團體成員協作完成，確保參與過程的真實性與技術的原創性（特技編排、品勢創意等需為參賽者自主設計）。嚴禁冒名頂替、請人代打或抄襲他人編排方案，一經發現將立即取消參賽資格。The entry (technical demonstration) must be independently completed by the participant or collaboratively completed by group members to ensure the authenticity of the participation process and the originality of the technology (taekwondo trick choreography, poomsae creativity, etc. must be independently designed by the participant). Impersonation, asking others to participate on behalf of oneself or plagiarizing others' choreography plans is strictly prohibited, and the qualification will be cancelled immediately if discovered.

三、內容準則 | Content Guidelines​

內容合規 | Compliance Requirements

參賽內容須符合跆拳道「禮始禮終」的核心精神，積極健康、傳遞正能量，嚴禁包含以下內容：危險動作展示（可能引發安全風險的未經訓練動作）、暴力對抗超規範行為、侮辱對手或裁判的言行；商業推廣、政治相關元素；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反法律法規的內容。不符合項目規範、與跆拳道無關的參賽形式（含誤提交的非跆拳道類素材）將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規，相關法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。The content of the entry must conform to the core spirit of taekwondo "Courtesy begins and ends with ritual", be positive and healthy, and convey positive energy. The following contents are strictly prohibited: Demonstration of dangerous actions (untrained actions that may cause safety risks), excessive violent confrontation, words and deeds that insult opponents or referees; commercial promotion, political-related elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents. Participation forms that do not meet event specifications or are unrelated to taekwondo (including incorrectly submitted non-taekwondo materials) will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant, and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.

一、核心評分標準 | Core Judging Criteria

評審團將從跆拳道競技核心要素出發，對參賽選手的技術水準、競技能力與精神風貌進行綜合評定，具體評分維度如下：

The judging panel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the contestants' technical level, competitive ability and spiritual demeanor based on the core elements of taekwondo competition. The specific scoring dimensions are as follows:

技術規範（25%）：動作標準規範，招式銜接流暢，踢擊、格擋等核心技術動作精准到位，符合跆拳道技術體系要求。

競技實力（25%）：進攻主動果斷，防守嚴密有效，戰術運用靈活合理，能根據對手特點及時調整競技策略，展現較強的實戰能力。

體能表現（20%）：在比賽全程保持穩定的體能輸出，動作力度充沛，耐力持久，無明顯體力不支導致的技術變形或節奏紊亂。

禮儀風貌（15%）：嚴格遵守跆拳道禮儀規範，賽前賽後行禮規範標準，比賽中尊重對手、服從裁判，展現跆拳道"以禮始，以禮終"的精神內涵。

戰術運用（10%）：具備清晰的戰術思路，進攻與防守節奏把控得當，能合理運用組合技術、距離控制等戰術技巧，提升競技優勢。

精神意志（5%）：比賽中展現頑強的拼搏精神，面對困難不退縮，能以積極的心態完成比賽，體現跆拳道的堅韌品質。

成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method：比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。

The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.
 

二、評審團構成 | Judging Panel Composition

為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性，本次比賽評審團由多方資深專業人士組成，涵蓋：國際跆拳道聯盟（ITF）/世界跆拳道聯盟（WTF）認證高級裁判、專業跆拳道俱樂部總教練、體育院校跆拳道專業教授及退役跆拳道專業運動員。所有評審團成員均具備豐富的跆拳道競賽評審經驗與深厚的專業素養，賽前將接受統一培訓，嚴格按照評審標準開展工作，確保評審過程客觀公正、結果權威可信。

To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior professionals from various parties, including: certified senior referees of the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF)/World Taekwondo Federation (WTF), head coaches of professional taekwondo clubs, professors of taekwondo majors in physical education colleges and retired professional taekwondo athletes. All members of the judging panel have rich experience in taekwondo competition review and profound professional qualities. They will receive unified training before the competition and carry out their work strictly in accordance with the review standards to ensure an objective and fair review process and authoritative and credible results.

三、關鍵參賽規範 | Key Entry Norms​

資格規範 | Qualification Norms：參賽選手需年滿6周歲（少兒組），且持有有效跆拳道等級證書（白帶及以上均可參賽，按等級劃分不同組別）；專業運動員組需提供所屬運動單位出具的參賽證明，禁止跨組別參賽。參賽前需提交近期體檢報告，確認身體狀況適合參與競技比賽，如有心髒病、哮喘等不適宜劇烈運動的疾病，禁止參賽。

Contestants must be at least 6 years old (children's group) and hold a valid taekwondo grade certificate (white belt and above can participate, divided into different groups according to grades); professional athletes group must provide the participation certificate issued by their sports unit, and cross-group participation is prohibited. A recent medical examination report must be submitted before participating in the competition to confirm that the physical condition is suitable for participating in competitive competitions. Those with diseases that are not suitable for strenuous exercise such as heart disease and asthma are prohibited from participating.

參賽限制 | Submission Limit：每位參賽選手在本次比賽中僅可報名參與一個組別、一個級別的賽事。若同一選手重複報名多個專案，僅以最早提交且審核通過的報名資訊為准，其餘報名自動失效，賽事組委會不另行通知。

Each contestant can only register for one group and one level in this competition. If the same contestant registers for multiple events repeatedly, only the registration information submitted earliest and approved will be taken as the standard, and the other registrations will be automatically invalidated, and the event organizing committee will not notify separately.

跆拳道比賽核心獎項設置 | Core Awards Setting of Taekwondo Competition

本次跆拳道比賽核心獎項以 “梯度激勵、精准認可” 為原則，所有獎項均依據評審團綜合評分（技術表現、競技實力、精神風貌）排名確定，按參賽群體（按年齡組 / 級別分組）整體表現劃定獲獎區間，確保榮譽的專業性與公平性，具體等級及評選標準如下：

The core awards of this Taekwondo competition adhere to the principle of "gradient incentives and precise recognition". All awards are determined based on the comprehensive score ranking (technical performance, competitive strength, spiritual demeanor) of the judging panel, and the winning ranges are defined according to the overall performance of the participating groups (divided by age group/grade) to ensure the professionalism and fairness of the honors. The specific levels and selection criteria are as follows:

1. 超級金獎 | Super Gold Award​：所有參賽者中綜合評分前10% | Top 10% of all participants in comprehensive scores賽事頂尖榮譽，表彰技術精湛、競技卓越、兼具禮儀與拼搏精神的頂尖選手。

2. 金獎 | Gold Award：所有參賽者中綜合評分11%-25% | 11%-25% of all participants in comprehensive scores高階能力認可，肯定技術紮實、發揮穩定、競技素養優異的實力選手。

3. 銀獎 | Silver Award：所有參賽者中綜合評分26%-40% | 26%-40% of all participants in comprehensive scores核心潛力表彰，鼓勵技術熟練、戰術靈活、具備強大進步空間的進階選手。

4. 銅獎 | Bronze Award​：所有參賽者中綜合評分41%-60% | 41%-60% of all participants in comprehensive scores基礎能力肯定，助力動作規範、耐力充沛、兼具毅力與抗壓力的成長型選手。

5. 優異獎 | Merit Award：所有參賽者中綜合評分61%-80% | 61%-80% of all participants in comprehensive scores參與價值認可，激勵熱愛跆拳道、勇於挑戰、堅持完成比賽的潛力選手。
