補充說明 | Supplementary Notes：視頻素材要求：拍攝畫面需橫屏（16:9 比例），解析度不低於 1080P，幀率 25fps 以上；畫面穩定、聲音清晰，避免背景雜音，演唱展示需完整拍攝（含開場自我介紹與結尾致謝），單個視頻時長根據專案調整（個人演唱類 2-4 分鐘，組合演唱類 3-5 分鐘，原創演唱類 3-6 分鐘）。文檔素材要求：PDF 格式限單個檔提交，若為系列闡述資料（如原創歌曲創作理念、歌詞曲譜說明等），需整合為單個 PDF 檔並按邏輯標注章節序號；DOCX 格式需使用標準字體（宋體 / 黑體），字型大小不小於小四。所有素材需命名規範：「參賽組別 - 姓名 / 組合名 - 歌曲名稱 - 素材類型」（例：初中組 - 李華 -《青春紀念冊》- 視頻），便於後續整理與評審。

為保障比賽的公平性、專業性與規範性，本次校園歌手比賽特製定以下參賽要求，請所有參賽者嚴格遵守：

一、主題與形式 | Theme & Format
專案自主 | Independent Event Selection
參賽者可自由選擇參賽專案（含個人演唱、組合演唱、原創演唱等），鼓勵結合自身演唱風格、音樂特長與舞臺經驗進行選擇，充分展現校園音樂的多元魅力與個人藝術實力。Participants may choose their own participating event (including solo singing, group singing, original singing, etc.). It is encouraged to make a choice based on personal singing style, musical strengths and stage experience to fully demonstrate the diverse charm of campus music and individual artistic strength.
形式規範 | Format Specifications:參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽（團體組每隊 2-6 人），專案形式無額外限制，可根據專案特性靈活呈現：個人演唱可選擇伴奏演唱或自彈自唱，組合演唱可採用和聲、對唱等形式，原創演唱可搭配樂器伴奏或樂隊演繹。參賽者須身著整潔得體的服裝（符合校園活動規範，避免過於暴露或誇張），所需伴奏、樂器等道具自行準備，確保符合專案展示要求與舞臺安全規範。Individual or group participation is allowed (2-6 people per group for group events). There are no additional restrictions on the event format, which can be flexibly presented according to the characteristics of the event: Solo singing can choose accompanied singing or self-accompanied singing; group singing can adopt harmony, duet and other forms; original singing can be matched with instrumental accompaniment or band performance. Participants must wear clean and appropriate clothing (complying with campus activity specifications, avoiding excessive exposure or exaggeration), and prepare required props such as accompaniment and musical instruments by themselves to ensure compliance with event display requirements and stage safety norms.
二、創作規範 | Creation Norms
參賽作品（演唱展示）須由參賽者本人獨立完成或團體成員協作完成，確保參與過程的真實性與作品的原創性（原創歌曲的詞、曲需為參賽者自主創作或經合法授權使用）。嚴禁冒名頂替、請人代唱或抄襲他人作品（含未經授權翻唱原創歌曲），一經發現將立即取消參賽資格。The entry (singing performance) must be independently completed by the participant or collaboratively completed by group members to ensure the authenticity of the participation process and the originality of the work (the lyrics and music of original songs must be independently created by the participant or used with legal authorization). Impersonation, asking others to sing on behalf of oneself or plagiarizing others' works (including unauthorized cover of original songs) is strictly prohibited, and the qualification will be cancelled immediately if discovered.

內容合規 | Compliance Requirements
參賽內容須符合 “青春向上、積極正能量” 的校園核心精神，歌曲主題健康、旋律優美，傳遞樂觀進取、友愛互助等積極價值觀，嚴禁包含以下內容：低俗色情、暴力血腥、封建迷信等不良資訊；侮辱他人、惡意攻擊、違背公序良俗的言行；商業推廣、政治相關元素；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反法律法規的內容。不符合專案規範、與音樂演唱無關的參賽形式（含誤提交的非演唱類素材）將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規，相關法律責任由參賽者自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。The content of the entry must conform to the core campus spirit of "youthful and positive energy". The song theme should be healthy and the melody beautiful, conveying positive values such as optimism, progress, friendship and mutual assistance. The following contents are strictly prohibited: Obscene, violent, bloody, feudal superstitious and other bad information; words and deeds that insult others, maliciously attack or violate public order and good customs; commercial promotion, political-related elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents. Participation forms that do not meet event specifications or are unrelated to music singing (including incorrectly submitted non-singing materials) will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant, and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.
一、核心評分標準 | Core Judging Criteria
評審團將從校園歌手比賽的核心藝術要素出發，對參賽選手的演唱實力、藝術表現與舞臺風貌進行綜合評定，具體評分維度如下：
The judging panel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the contestants' singing ability, artistic expression and stage demeanor based on the core artistic elements of the campus singer competition. The specific scoring dimensions are as follows:
演唱技巧（30%）：音準、節奏精准，氣息穩定，發聲方法科學規範，高音、低音轉換自然流暢，咬字清晰、吐字圓潤，展現扎實的聲樂基礎。
情感表達（25%）：能深刻理解歌曲內涵，通過音色變化、強弱處理、情感遞進等方式傳遞歌曲情感，與觀眾產生共鳴，展現較強的藝術感染力。
舞臺表現（20%）：舞臺形象整潔得體，肢體語言自然協調，與歌曲風格適配，眼神交流、表情管理到位，能調動現場氛圍，展現自信大方的舞臺風貌。
選曲適配（10%）：歌曲選擇與自身嗓音條件、演唱風格高度契合，主題貼合校園青春氛圍，難度適中，能充分發揮個人優勢，展現獨特的音樂審美。
創意亮點（10%）：鼓勵在編曲、演唱形式、舞臺呈現等方面進行創新（如改編編曲、特色樂器伴奏、和聲設計等），或通過原創作品展現音樂創作能力，突出個性化表達。
禮儀風貌（5%）：嚴格遵守比賽禮儀規範，上場自我介紹簡潔得體，下場致謝真誠自然，尊重評委、對手與觀眾，展現校園學子的良好道德素養。
成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method：比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。
The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.
二、評審團構成 | Judging Panel Composition
為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性，本次比賽評審團由多方資深專業人士組成，涵蓋：專業音樂院校聲樂系教授、國家級音樂賽事評委、知名唱片公司音樂製作人、資深聲樂教師及本地知名歌手 / 音樂人。To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior professionals from various parties, including: professors from the vocal music department of professional music colleges, national-level music competition judges, music producers from well-known record companies, senior vocal music teachers, and local well-known singers/musicians.
所有評審團成員均具備豐富的音樂賽事評審經驗與深厚的聲樂專業素養，熟悉校園歌手的特點與發展需求。賽前將接受統一培訓，明確評分細則與紀律要求，評審過程全程記錄，確保評審行為客觀公正、結果權威可信。All members of the judging panel have rich experience in music competition review and profound vocal professional qualities, and are familiar with the characteristics and development needs of campus singers. They will receive unified training before the competition to clarify the scoring rules and discipline requirements, and the review process will be fully recorded to ensure that the review behavior is objective and fair, and the results are authoritative and credible.
參賽限制 | Submission Limit：每位參賽選手在本次比賽中僅可報名參與一個組別、一個級別的賽事。若同一選手重複報名多個專案，僅以最早提交且審核通過的報名資訊為准，其餘報名自動失效，賽事組委會不另行通知。
Each contestant can only register for one group and one level in this competition. If the same contestant registers for multiple events repeatedly, only the registration information submitted earliest and approved will be taken as the standard, and the other registrations will be automatically invalidated, and the event organizing committee will not notify separately.

本次校園歌手比賽核心獎項以 “梯度激勵、精准認可” 為原則，所有獎項均依據評審團綜合評分（演唱技巧、情感表達、舞臺表現、創意亮點等）排名確定，按各參賽組別（幼兒組 / 初小組 / 高小組 / 初中組 / 高中組 / 公開組）分別劃定獲獎區間，確保榮譽的專業性與公平性，具體等級及評選標準如下：

All awards are determined based on the comprehensive score ranking (vocal technique, emotional expression, stage performance, creative highlights, etc.) of the judging panel. The winning ranges are separately defined according to each participating group (Kindergarten Group/Primary 1-3 Group/Primary 4-6 Group/Secondary 1-3 Group/Secondary 4-6 Group/Open Group) to ensure the professionalism and fairness of the honors. 為保障參賽雙方權益，明確賽事相關規則，現將獎項定制費用、領取細則及核心參賽條款公示如下，所有參賽者均視為已閱讀並同意遵守。
To protect the rights and interests of both parties and clarify the relevant rules of the competition, the award customization fees, collection details and core competition terms are announced as follows. All participants are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by them.

二、獎項領取細則 | Award Collection Terms and Conditions
比賽獲獎結果將通過WhatsApp通知獲獎者，並同步在官方網站進行公示；Competition results will be announced via email to winners and posted on the official website simultaneously.
定制獎項將在定制申請截止日後兩個月內完成派發；Customized awards will be distributed within two months after the customization application deadline.
所有獎項及證書均以運費到付方式寄送；All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect.
獎項及證書一經簽收或領取，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，主辦單位不予補發；Once the awards and certificates are signed for or collected, the organizer will not reissue them if they are damaged or lost.
因獲獎者個人資訊填寫錯誤、聯繫方式無效等原因導致包裹無法投遞的，主辦單位不承擔任何責任；The organizer shall not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect personal information filled in by the winner or invalid contact information.
三、核心參賽條款 | Core Competition Terms and Conditions
資訊修改費用 | Information Modification Fee參賽者需在提交報名資訊前仔細核查準確性，表格提交後，每修改一項資訊需繳納港幣50元行政費；Please verify the accuracy of your information before submission. Once the form is submitted, a fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each change made.
年齡真實性 | Age Authenticity嚴禁虛報年齡，若發現參賽者實際年齡與報名組別不符，主辦單位及評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格；Participants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is found that a participant’s actual age does not match the registered division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify them.
規則認同 | Rule Recognition參賽者（未成年參賽者需由父母或老師代為確認）需充分理解並同意本次比賽所有規則章程，違反者將被取消資格；Participants (parents or teachers must confirm on behalf of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to all the rules and regulations of this competition, and violators will be disqualified.
作品原創性 | Work Originality參賽作品須為原創，不得侵犯任何第三方權利（包括知識產權、隱私權等）。若作品引發知識產權糾紛及相關法律責任、索賠等，均由參賽者自行承擔；All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.). Participants shall bear full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes, legal liabilities and claims arising from their works.
資訊使用授權 | Information Use Authorization一經報名，即視為參賽者同意授權主辦協會保留並使用其比賽相關照片、影像資料，用於教育及宣傳用途（包括協會刊物、官網、社交平臺等）；同時同意協會在官方管道公示獲獎者姓名及相關資訊。提交作品即代表同意遵守活動規則，並認可協會依法收集、處理其個人資料；By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use their competition-related photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes (including association publications, official website, social platforms, etc.); and agree that the association will publish the names and relevant information of winners on official channels. Submitting works means agreeing to abide by the event rules and recognizing the association's legal collection and processing of personal data.
規則解釋權 | Rule Interpretation Right主辦協會擁有本次比賽規則章程的最終解釋權，保留修改條款、詮釋規則的權利，且無需另行通知。所有獎項由評審團評定，結果為最終決定，任何相關爭議均不接受異議，如有任何爭議，一切解釋權歸本協會所有；The association reserves the final interpretation right of the competition rules and regulations, and retains the right to modify the terms and interpret the rules without prior notice. All awards are determined by the jury, and the results are final.
