評審團將從青少年兒童演講表達的核心要素出發，對參賽作品的語言表達、邏輯思維、情感演繹等維度進行綜合評定，具體評分維度如下：

The judging panel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the entries from the core elements of youth and children's speech expression, including language expression, logical thinking, emotional interpretation and other dimensions. The specific scoring dimensions are as follows:

語言表達（30%）| Language Expression (30%)

語音標準規範、語速適中、語調抑揚頓挫，吐字清晰、語流流暢；語言運用得當，用詞準確生動、符合年齡特徵，無語法錯誤；熟練掌握演講節奏，能根據內容調整語氣，展現紮實的語言表達功底與口語傳達能力。

Standard and normative pronunciation, appropriate speaking speed, cadenced intonation, clear articulation and fluent speech; proper use of language, accurate and vivid words in line with age characteristics, no grammatical errors; proficiently grasp the speech rhythm, adjust the tone according to the content, demonstrating solid language expression foundation and oral communication ability.

情感演繹（25%）| Emotional Interpretation (25%)

能清晰傳達演講主題與內心情感，語言富有感染力與感染力，能引發聽眾共鳴；準確把握主題內涵，情感表達真實自然、生動鮮明；整體演講具備個人表達特色，體現參賽者的情感體悟與獨特演講感染力。

Can clearly convey the speech theme and inner emotions, the language is infectious and appealing, and can arouse the resonance of the audience; accurately grasp the theme connotation, with true, natural, vivid and distinct emotional expression; the overall speech has personal expression characteristics, reflecting the participant's emotional perception and unique speech appeal.

現場表現（20%）| On-site Performance (20%)

儀態得體、精神飽滿，眼神交流自然、肢體語言適度得當，符合演講主題；團體演講項目分工明確、配合默契、語氣協調、整體和諧統一；參賽態度專注認真；上傳演講視頻畫面清晰、語音純淨，完整呈現演講全程狀態。

Decent demeanor, full of energy, natural eye contact, appropriate body language in line with the speech theme; group speech projects have clear division of labor, tacit cooperation, coordinated tone and overall harmony; participants are focused and serious; uploaded speech videos have clear pictures and pure voice, fully presenting the whole speech process.

主題與內容適配（10%）| Theme & Content Adaptation (10%)

演講主題積極向上、健康正向，契合青少年兒童年齡特徵與表達特點；內容選擇與參賽者表達風格、能力水準高度匹配，邏輯清晰、層次分明，能充分發揮個人或團隊優勢，展現成熟的演講構思與表達思路。

The speech theme is positive and healthy, in line with the age and expression characteristics of young people and children; the content selection is highly matched with the participant's expression style and ability level, with clear logic and distinct layers, which can give full play to personal or team advantages, showing mature speech conception and expression ideas.

創新亮點（10%）| Innovative Highlights (10%)

鼓勵在主題構思、語言表達、演講形式、情感演繹等方面展現新意；突出個性化表達特點與時代氣息，避免刻板雷同，善用自身優勢打造獨特演講風格，展現青少年兒童的語言想像力與創造力。

Innovation is encouraged in theme conception, language expression, speech form, emotional interpretation and other aspects; highlight personalized expression characteristics and spirit of the times, avoid stereotypes, make good use of their own advantages to create a unique speech style, and show the language imagination and creativity of young people and children.

規範與細節（5%）| Standardization & Details (5%)

嚴格遵守比賽各項規範，演講時長、提交格式、參賽形式等符合要求；提交材料（報名資料、演講視頻、演講稿、版權證明等）齊全規範；參賽過程中尊重評委、對手與工作人員，遵守賽會紀律，展現良好的綜合素養與比賽態度。

Strictly abide by all competition rules, the speech duration, submission format, entry form and other requirements are met; submitted materials (registration information, speech videos, speech scripts, copyright certificates, etc.) are complete and standardized; respect judges, opponents and staff during the competition, abide by discipline, show good comprehensive quality and competition attitude.

 

成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method

比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。

The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.

 

評審團構成 | Judging Panel Composition

為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性，本次比賽評審團由國際國內多方資深語言、演講與教育領域專業人士組成，具體包括：國際知名語言學院教授、國家一級播音主持、國家級演講類賽事評委、資深兒童語言教育專家、知名演講家、優秀語文教師及語言領域學者。

To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior professionals in the fields of language, speech and education from both domestic and international backgrounds, including: professors from well-known international language academies, National First-Class Broadcasters and Hosts, judges of national-level speech competitions, senior experts in children's language education, renowned speakers, outstanding Chinese teachers and scholars in the language field.

所有評審團成員均具備豐富的青少年兒童演講領域評審經驗與深厚的專業素養，熟悉不同年齡段青少年兒童的語言學習特點與演講發展需求。賽前將接受統一培訓，明確評分細則、紀律要求及國際化評審標準，評審過程全程記錄、全程監督，確保評審行為客觀公正、結果權威可信。

All members of the judging panel have rich experience in reviewing youth and children's speech and profound professional qualities, and are familiar with the characteristics of language learning and speech development needs of young people and children of different ages. They will receive unified training before the competition to clarify the scoring rules, discipline requirements and international review standards. The review process will be fully recorded and supervised to ensure that the review behavior is objective and fair, and the results are authoritative and credible.

 

參賽限制 | Submission Limit

每位參賽者（含團體）在本次比賽中僅可報名參與一個年齡組別、一種參賽形式（個人 / 團體）及一項演講項目。若同一參賽者（含團體）重複報名多個組別、形式或項目，僅以最早提交且審核通過的報名資訊為准，其餘報名自動失效，賽事組委會不另行通知。

Each contestant (including groups) can only register for one age group, one participation form (individual/group) and one speech event in this competition. If the same contestant (including group) registers for multiple groups, forms or events repeatedly, only the registration information submitted earliest and approved will be taken as the standard, and the other registrations will be automatically invalidated, and the event organizing committee will not notify separately.

團體參賽者需確保所有成員均符合本次比賽的年齡資格要求，並指定一名聯絡人（可為參賽成員或監護人）負責比賽期間的各項溝通事宜，聯絡人資訊需真實有效；團體作品需明確指導教師等相關人員資訊，確保演講稿版權清晰。

Group contestants must ensure that all members meet the age qualification requirements of this competition, and designate a contact person (who can be a team member or a guardian) to be responsible for all communication matters during the competition. The contact person's information must be true and valid; for group works, the information of relevant personnel such as instructors must be clearly specified to ensure clear copyright of the speech script.
