評審團將從青少年兒童聲樂展演的核心藝術要素出發，對參賽展演的專業功底、曲目詮釋、舞台整體呈現等維度進行綜合評定，具體評分維度如下： The judging panel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the entries from the core artistic elements of youth and children's vocal performance, including professional vocal skills, musical interpretation, overall stage presentation and other dimensions. The specific scoring dimensions are as follows:

專業功底（30%）| Professional Foundation (30%)

發聲基礎、音準節奏、氣息控制、咬字吐字等聲樂基本功紮實規範；音域運用自然流暢，高低音轉換平穩；合唱 / 團體演唱聲部平衡、和諧統一；演唱穩定性強，完整體現參賽者紮實的聲樂訓練與舞台演唱實力。 Standard and solid basic vocal techniques including vocalization, pitch & rhythm, breath control and articulation; smooth natural range utilization with seamless register transition; balanced and harmonious voice parts for chorus/group performances; stable singing performance demonstrating solid vocal training and stage capability of participants.

藝術表達（25%）| Artistic Expression (25%)

精準傳遞曲目主題內涵與情感意境，唱腔處理富有韻味與感染力；音色層次豐富，善用强弱起伏詮釋歌曲情緒；具備獨屬個人或團體的演唱風格，充分體現參賽者音樂素養、文化積澱與獨立音樂思維。 Can accurately convey the thematic connotation and emotional mood of the song with expressive vocal delivery full of artistic appeal; rich timbre layers with dynamic variation to interpret musical emotions; unique individual or team singing style embodied in performances, reflecting participants’ musical accomplishment, cultural accumulation and independent musical thinking.

舞台呈現（20%）| Stage Presentation (20%)

台風大方自然、肢體動作協調，服裝造型契合曲目風格；團體展演走位整齊、配合默契，表演銜接流暢；演唱投入度高、情感飽滿；上傳展演影片取景完整、收音清晰、音畫同步，無過度修音濾鏡，還原真實現場演唱狀態。 Confident and natural stage demeanor with coordinated body movements, costumes matching musical style; neat formation and tacit coordination for group performances with smooth scene transition; high engagement and rich emotion during singing; uploaded performance videos feature complete framing, clear sound capture and synchronized audio-video without excessive vocal tuning or filters to fully restore authentic live singing.

曲目與風格適配（10%）| Song & Style Adaptation (10%)

選曲主題積極正向，內容契合青少年兒童年齡特徵與認知層次；曲風、演唱類型與參賽者自身聲線、演唱能力高度匹配，能充分發揮個人或團體優勢，體現完整成熟的演繹構思。 Positive and uplifting song themes matching the age and cognitive characteristics of young participants; selected music genre and singing style well aligned with contestants’ vocal timbre and proficiency to maximize individual or group strengths and reflect mature performance conception.

創新亮點（10%）| Innovative Highlights (10%)

鼓勵在選曲構思、聲樂處理、舞台編排、樂器搭配、肢體演繹上突破常規、融入巧思；打造獨特表演視角，兼具時代特色，避免千篇一律模板化表演，展現青少年兒童豐富音樂想像力與原創舞台創造力。 Innovation is encouraged in song selection, vocal arrangement, stage choreography, instrumental accompaniment and physical performance; highlight distinctive performing perspective and contemporary features to avoid stereotyped duplicate shows and demonstrate youngsters’ abundant musical imagination and original stage creativity.

規範與細節（5%）| Standardization & Details (5%)

嚴格遵守比賽各項規範，影片時長、影音格式、伴奏提交等符合賽事要求；報名資料、展演影片、曲目詮釋說明等參賽材料齊全完備、格式規整；參賽全程禮貌尊重評委、工作人員與其他參賽選手，恪守賽事規章，展現優良音樂素養與競賽禮儀。 Strictly abide by all competition regulations including video duration, audio-video format and accompaniment submission rules; complete and standardized entry materials including registration forms, performance videos and song interpretation statements; respect judges, staff and fellow participants throughout the event and comply with competition disciplines to show fine musical literacy and competition etiquette.

成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method

比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。 The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.

評審團構成 | Judging Panel Composition

為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性，本次比賽評審團由國內外資深聲樂領域專業人士組成，具體包括：國際知名音樂院校聲樂教授、國家一級演員、全國各類青少年聲樂大賽資深評委、資深少兒聲樂教育專家、職業歌唱家、音樂理論學者。 To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior vocal professionals from domestic and overseas, including vocal professors from world-renowned music academies, National First-Class Performers, senior judges of national youth vocal competitions, experienced children vocal education specialists, professional singers and music theorists.

所有評審團成員均具備豐富的少兒聲樂賽事評審經歷與深厚專業造詣，熟知各年齡段孩童聲樂學習規律與表演特點。賽前統一參與評分準則培訓，統一評分尺度、賽事紀律與國際評審標準，評審全流程留檔監督，確保評分客觀中立、評選結果權威可信。 All members of the judging panel possess abundant experience in children’s vocal competition adjudication and profound professional attainments, familiar with the vocal learning rules and performing features of children in different age groups. Pre-competition standardized training will be arranged for unified scoring criteria, competition disciplines and international judging standards. The whole review procedure is archived and supervised to guarantee objective marking and authoritative results.

參賽限制 | Submission Limit

每位參賽者（含團體）在本次比賽中僅可報名參與一個年齡組別、一種參賽形式（個人 / 團體），遞交一首參賽展演影片。若同一參賽者（含團體）重複跨組別、重複報名，僅採用最早提交且審核通過的報名資格，其餘報名自動作廢，組委會不再另行通知。 Each contestant (including groups) can only register for one age group, one participation form (individual/group) and submit one performance video in this competition. Duplicate registrations across multiple groups will be invalidated automatically except the earliest approved entry without further notification from the organizing committee.

團體參賽者須保證全體成員均符合賽事年齡報名資格，指定一名聯絡人（參賽選手或監護人）統一對接賽事溝通，聯繫資訊真實有效；團體展演需標註指導教師資訊，確保選曲、舞台編排無版權侵權爭議。 Group contestants must ensure all team members meet the competition’s age requirement and appoint a valid contact person (participant or guardian) for event communication. Instructor information should be listed for group performances to guarantee no copyright disputes regarding selected songs and stage choreography.
