繪畫作品：提交高清作品實拍 / 掃描圖片（格式為 JPG、PNG、TIFF，解析度不低於 300DPI，色彩還原真實）。創作說明（若有）：提交電子檔（格式為 PDF、DOCX、PPT，清晰呈現繪畫主題、構圖思路、創作靈感與畫作內涵等內容）。

圖片素材要求（繪畫作品電子檔）：畫面取景完整、光線均勻、無陰影遮擋無變形歪斜、背景乾淨簡潔；畫作邊框、細節完整呈現，不過度濾鏡修圖、拼接合成，保留原作真實樣貌。單個作品圖片檔大小控制在 5MB–50MB 之間，畫面尺寸符合賽事規定範圍。

Participation Requirements for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Painting Open Competition
為保障比賽公平性、專業性與規範性，本次 2026 國際菁英青少年兒童繪畫公開賽特製定以下參賽要求，請所有參賽者嚴格遵守：To ensure the fairness, professionalism and standardization of the competition, the following participation requirements are formulated for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Painting Open Competition, and all participants are requested to abide by them strictly:
一、主題與形式 | Theme & Format
題材選擇自主 | Independent Theme Selection
參賽者可自由選擇繪畫創作內容，鼓勵結合自身繪畫功底與藝術特長，融入美術基礎、傳統文脈、國際視野與個人藝術感悟進行構圖創作，充分展現青少年兒童的繪畫技藝、文化素養與多元美學視野。Participants may freely choose their painting creation content. It is encouraged to combine personal painting skills and professional strengths, integrate fine art foundation, traditional cultural context, international perspective and personal artistic perception into creation, so as to fully demonstrate the painting proficiency, cultural accomplishment and diverse aesthetic vision of young people and children.
形式規範 | Format Specifications
參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽（團體組每隊 2–8 人，需明確組長及成員分工）。參賽作品形式為各類畫種，包括但不限於：素描、水彩、油畫、國畫、彩鉛、漫畫、手繪創作、綜合材料繪畫等，須提交符合本賽事「參賽作品格式要求」的素材：畫作需提交高清掃描或實拍圖檔，若有創作說明需同步提交規範電子檔案；若涉及實物原作寄送，畫紙畫框、包裝耗材、運輸事宜等由參賽者自行負責，確保原作完整無損、符合郵寄規範。Individual or group participation is allowed (2–8 people per group for group entries, and the team leader and members' division of labor must be clearly defined). The entry covers various painting categories, including but not limited to: sketch, watercolor, oil painting, traditional Chinese painting, colored pencil, cartoon, hand-drawn creation, mixed-media painting, etc. Materials that meet the "Entry Format Requirements" of this competition must be submitted: high-definition scanned or photographed picture files of artworks are required; creative statements must be submitted in standard electronic files simultaneously if applicable. If original physical artwork delivery is needed, painting paper, frames, packaging materials and delivery arrangements shall be prepared by the participants themselves to guarantee intact artwork and compliance with delivery regulations.
二、創作規範 | Creation Norms
參賽作品須由參賽者本人獨立完成或團體成員協作完成，確保畫作真實、原創自主。作品的主題構思、線條塑造、色彩搭配、畫面佈局、細節刻畫等須為參賽者自主創作；若參考名家素材、寫生圖庫、公共版權參考圖例等，需標註參考來源。嚴禁冒名頂替、找人代筆作畫、盜用他人畫作、全幅抄襲圖稿、擅自使用侵權素材拼接改畫，一經發現將立即取消參賽資格、撤銷已獲榮譽並進行公示。The entry must be independently completed by the participant or collaboratively completed by group members to ensure authenticity and original creation. The theme conception, line modeling, color matching, layout design and detail depiction of the artwork must be independently created by the participant. If referencing master works, sketch libraries or publicly authorized reference images, the source must be indicated. Impersonation, commissioning others to draw on behalf of the participant, stealing other artists’ works, full plagiarism of drafts, or creating paintings with unauthorized copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the participation qualification will be cancelled immediately, the obtained honors will be revoked and publicly announced.

內容合規 | Compliance Requirements
參賽畫作內容須符合「積極向上、多元包容」的國際青少年交流核心精神，畫風端正、內涵正向，傳遞樂觀進取、文化傳承、文化自信、跨文化友誼、家國情懷與青春活力等正向價值觀，嚴禁包含以下內容：低俗色情、暴力血腥、封建迷信等不良資訊；侮辱他人、惡意攻擊、種族歧視、違背公序良俗的畫面元素；商業廣告、政治敏感元素；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反各國法律法規的內容。不符合本賽事規範、與繪畫藝術無關的參賽素材將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規，相關法律責任由參賽者（或其監護人，未成年參賽者）自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。The content of submitted paintings must conform to the core spirit of international youth exchange of "positive and inclusive". The painting style should be decent with positive connotation, conveying positive values such as optimism, progress, cultural inheritance, cultural confidence, cross-cultural friendship, patriotism and youthful vitality. The following contents are strictly prohibited: obscene, violent, bloody, feudal superstitious and other harmful visual elements; patterns insulting others, malicious attacks, racial discrimination or violating public order and good morals; commercial promotion, politically sensitive elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents in violation of the laws and regulations of various countries. Entry materials that do not meet the competition specifications or are unrelated to painting art will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant (or their guardian, for minor participants), and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.
一、核心評分標準 | Core Judging Criteria
評審團將從青少年兒童繪畫創作的核心藝術要素出發，對參賽作品的專業功底、畫面詮釋、整體呈現等維度進行綜合評定，具體評分維度如下：The judging panel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the entries from the core artistic elements of youth and children's painting creation, including professional foundation, pictorial interpretation, overall presentation and other dimensions. The specific scoring dimensions are as follows:
專業功底（30%）| Professional Foundation (30%)
線條造型、構圖布局、色彩鋪陳等繪畫基本功規範紮實，形體塑造準確合理、明暗層次把控到位；綜合材料創作用料運用熟練妥當；畫面完整度高，充分體現參賽者紮實的繪畫基礎與手作繪製實力。Standard and solid basic painting skills including line shaping, composition layout and color rendering, accurate object modeling and proper control of light & shadow hierarchy; proficient and appropriate use of materials for mixed-media creation; high artwork completion, demonstrating solid painting foundation and practical drawing ability of participants.
藝術表達（25%）| Artistic Expression (25%)
準確傳遞畫作主題內涵與情感意境，筆法用色富有韻致與藝術感染力；畫面氛圍刻畫細膩生動，能夠藉由畫面傳達自身所思所想；作品具備獨特個人或團隊創作風格，體現參賽者的審美素養、文化積澱與獨立藝術思維。Can accurately convey the thematic connotation and artistic mood of the painting with expressive brushwork and coloring full of artistic appeal; exquisite depiction of picture atmosphere to express personal thoughts; unique individual or team creative style embodied in works, reflecting participants’ aesthetic accomplishment, cultural accumulation and independent artistic thinking.
畫面呈現（20%）| Artwork Presentation (20%)
畫面構圖飽滿協調、整體視覺舒適，配色搭配契合作品主題；集體合作創作分工協調、畫面風格統一、細節銜接自然；參賽創作態度認真投入；上傳圖片取景完整清晰、色彩還原真實、無多餘雜色與變形裁切，完整還原原作樣貌。Well-proportioned composition with comfortable overall visual effect, color palette matching the artwork theme perfectly; coordinated teamwork for group creations with unified painting style and natural detail connection; earnest creative attitude from contestants; uploaded pictures feature complete framing, authentic color restoration without redundant stains or cropping distortion to fully restore the original artwork.

畫作創作主題積極正向，內容貼合青少年兒童年齡特徵與認知特點；選用畫種、繪畫風格與參賽者繪畫能力高度契合，可充分發揮個人或團隊優勢，體現成熟的創作構思與表達邏輯。Positive and uplifting creation themes matching the age and cognitive characteristics of young participants; selected painting medium and artistic style well aligned with contestants’ painting proficiency to maximize individual or group strengths and reflect mature creative conception and expression logic.
創新亮點（10%）| Innovative Highlights (10%)
鼓勵在題材選取、構圖設計、色彩搭配、材料運用、表現手法上突破常規、體現巧思；突出獨特創作視角與時代氣息，杜絕模板化雷同創作，展現青少年兒童豐富的藝術想像力與原創創造力。Innovation is encouraged in theme selection, compositional design, color matching, material application and painting techniques; highlight distinctive creative perspective and contemporary features to avoid stereotyped duplicate works and demonstrate youngsters’ abundant artistic imagination and original creativity.
規範與細節（5%）| Standardization & Details (5%)
嚴格遵守比賽各項規範，畫作尺寸、上傳格式、提交規則等符合賽事要求；報名資料、作品圖檔、創作說明等參賽材料齊全完備、格式規整；參賽全過程禮貌尊重評委、工作人員與其他參賽選手，恪守賽事規章，展現優良藝術素養與競賽禮儀。Strictly abide by all competition regulations including artwork size, upload format and submission rules; complete and standardized entry materials including registration forms, artwork images and creation statements; respect judges, staff and fellow participants throughout the event and comply with competition disciplines to show fine artistic literacy and competition etiquette.
成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method
比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.
評審團構成 | Judging Panel Composition
為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性，本次比賽評審團由國內外資深美術領域專業人士組成，具體包括：國際知名藝術院校美術教授、國家一級美術師、全國各類青少年美術大賽資深評委、資深少兒美術教育專家、職業畫家、藝術理論學者。To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior fine art professionals from domestic and overseas, including fine arts professors from world-renowned art academies, National First-Class Artists, senior judges of national youth art competitions, experienced children art education specialists, professional painters and art theorists.
所有評審團成員均具備豐富的少兒繪畫賽事評審經歷與深厚專業造詣，熟知各年齡段孩童藝術學習規律與創作特點。賽前統一參與評分準則培訓，統一評分尺度、賽事紀律與國際評審標準，評審全流程留檔監督，確保評分客觀中立、評選結果權威可信。All members of the judging panel possess abundant experience in children’s painting competition adjudication and profound professional attainments, familiar with the artistic learning rules and creative features of children in different age groups. Pre-competition standardized training will be arranged for unified scoring criteria, competition disciplines and international judging standards. The whole review procedure is archived and supervised to guarantee objective marking and authoritative results.
參賽限制 | Submission Limit
每位參賽者（含團體）在本次比賽中僅可報名參與一個年齡組別、一種參賽形式（個人 / 團體），遞交一幅參賽畫作。若同一參賽者（含團體）重複跨組別、重複報名，僅採用最早提交且審核通過的報名資格，其餘報名自動作廢，組委會不再另行通知。Each contestant (including groups) can only register for one age group, one participation form (individual/group) and submit one painting work in this competition. Duplicate registrations across multiple groups will be invalidated automatically except the earliest approved entry without further notification from the organizing committee.
團體參賽者須保證全體成員均符合賽事年齡報名資格，指定一名聯絡人（參賽選手或監護人）統一對接賽事溝通，聯繫資訊真實有效；團體創作需標註指導教師資訊，確保畫作無版權抄襲爭議。Group contestants must ensure all team members meet the competition’s age requirement and appoint a valid contact person (participant or guardian) for event communication. Instructor information should be listed for group works to guarantee no copyright or plagiarism disputes of submitted paintings.

本次 2026 國際菁英青少年兒童繪畫公開賽核心獎項以「梯度激勵、精准認可」為原則，所有獎項均依據評審團綜合評分（專業功底、畫面詮釋、視覺呈現、主題表達、創新亮點等）排名確定，按各參賽組別（幼兒組 / 初小組 / 高小組 / 初中組 / 高中組 / 公開組）分別劃定獲獎區間，確保榮譽的專業性、針對性與公平性，具體等級及評選標準如下。
The core awards of the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Painting Open Competition adhere to the principle of "gradient incentives and precise recognition". All awards are determined based on the comprehensive score ranking (professional foundation, pictorial interpretation, visual presentation, theme expression, innovative highlights, etc.) of the judging panel. The winning ranges are separately defined according to each participating group (Kindergarten Group / Primary 1-3 Group / Primary 4-6 Group / Secondary 1-3 Group / Secondary 4-6 Group / Open Group) to ensure the professionalism, pertinence and fairness of the honors. 二、獎項領取細則 | Award Collection Terms and Conditions
比賽獲獎結果將通過WhatsApp通知獲獎者，並同步在官方網站進行公示；Competition results will be announced via email to winners and posted on the official website simultaneously.
定制獎項將在定制申請截止日後兩個月內完成派發；Customized awards will be distributed within two months after the customization application deadline.
所有獎項及證書均以運費到付方式寄送；All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect.
獎項及證書一經簽收或領取，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，主辦單位不予補發；Once the awards and certificates are signed for or collected, the organizer will not reissue them if they are damaged or lost.
因獲獎者個人資訊填寫錯誤、聯繫方式無效等原因導致包裹無法投遞的，主辦單位不承擔任何責任；The organizer shall not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect personal information filled in by the winner or invalid contact information.
三、核心參賽條款 | Core Competition Terms and Conditions
資訊修改費用 | Information Modification Fee參賽者需在提交報名資訊前仔細核查準確性，表格提交後，每修改一項資訊需繳納港幣50元行政費；Please verify the accuracy of your information before submission. Once the form is submitted, a fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each change made.
年齡真實性 | Age Authenticity嚴禁虛報年齡，若發現參賽者實際年齡與報名組別不符，主辦單位及評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格；Participants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is found that a participant’s actual age does not match the registered division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify them.
規則認同 | Rule Recognition參賽者（未成年參賽者需由父母或老師代為確認）需充分理解並同意本次比賽所有規則章程，違反者將被取消資格；Participants (parents or teachers must confirm on behalf of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to all the rules and regulations of this competition, and violators will be disqualified.
作品原創性 | Work Originality參賽作品須為原創，不得侵犯任何第三方權利（包括知識產權、隱私權等）。若作品引發知識產權糾紛及相關法律責任、索賠等，均由參賽者自行承擔；All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.). Participants shall bear full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes, legal liabilities and claims arising from their works.
資訊使用授權 | Information Use Authorization一經報名，即視為參賽者同意授權主辦協會保留並使用其比賽相關照片、影像資料，用於教育及宣傳用途（包括協會刊物、官網、社交平臺等）；同時同意協會在官方管道公示獲獎者姓名及相關資訊。提交作品即代表同意遵守活動規則，並認可協會依法收集、處理其個人資料；By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use their competition-related photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes (including association publications, official website, social platforms, etc.); and agree that the association will publish the names and relevant information of winners on official channels. Submitting works means agreeing to abide by the event rules and recognizing the association's legal collection and processing of personal data.
規則解釋權 | Rule Interpretation Right主辦協會擁有本次比賽規則章程的最終解釋權，保留修改條款、詮釋規則的權利，且無需另行通知。所有獎項由評審團評定，結果為最終決定，任何相關爭議均不接受異議，如有任何爭議，一切解釋權歸本協會所有；The association reserves the final interpretation right of the competition rules and regulations, and retains the right to modify the terms and interpret the rules without prior notice. All awards are determined by the jury, and the results are final. No objections will be accepted for any related disputes,In the event of any dispute, the Association reserves the right of final interpretation.
