題材選擇自主 | Independent Theme Selection
參賽者可自由選擇攝影創作題材，鼓勵結合自身觀察視角與專業特長，融入美學素養、時代氣質、國際視野與個人藝術感悟進行創作，充分展現青少年兒童的攝影技藝、美學素養與國際化審美視野。Participants may freely choose their photography themes. It is encouraged to combine personal observation perspective and professional strengths, integrate aesthetic foundation, spirit of the times, international perspective and personal artistic perception into the creation, so as to fully demonstrate the photography skills, aesthetic accomplishment and international aesthetic vision of young people and children.
形式規範 | Format Specifications
參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽（雙人 / 創作組等團體組每隊 2–8 人，需明確組長及成員分工）。參賽作品形式為單張攝影、系列攝影等攝影類型，須提交符合本賽事「參賽作品格式要求」的素材：攝影作品需提交高清數位圖片，若有攝影創作說明需同步提交規範電子檔案；若涉及現場展演，所需攝影裝備、作品輸出、佈展等材料由參賽者自行準備，確保符合展演安全規範與展示呈現要求。Individual or group participation is allowed (2–8 people per group for duo, creative group etc., and the team leader and members' division of labor must be clearly defined).The entry form can be single photography, series photography and other photography-related types. Materials that meet the "Entry Format Requirements" of this competition must be submitted: photography works need to submit high-definition digital images. If there is a photography creation statement, standardized electronic files must be submitted simultaneously. If on-site exhibition is involved, the required photography equipment, work output, exhibition arrangement and other materials shall be prepared by the participants themselves to ensure compliance with exhibition safety norms and display requirements.
二、拍攝與創作規範 | Photography & Creation Norms
參賽作品（拍攝作品或原創攝影創作）須由參賽者本人獨立完成或團體成員協作完成，確保參與過程真實、拍攝自主。原創攝影作品的構思、取景構圖、光影設計、後期編排等須為參賽者自主創作或經合法授權使用；若引用他人版權圖片、影像素材等，需註明出處及授權證明。嚴禁冒名頂替、請人代拍、代修、替交或抄襲他人作品、擅自使用未經授權之版權內容，一經發現將立即取消參賽資格、撤銷已獲榮譽並進行公示。The entry (photographed work or original photography creation) must be independently completed by the participant or collaboratively completed by group members to ensure the authenticity of participation and independent shooting.The conception, framing and composition, light and shadow design, post-production arrangement of original photography works must be independently created by the participant or used with legal authorization. If copyrighted images or visual materials of others are quoted, the source and authorization certificate must be indicated.Impersonation, asking others to shoot, edit or submit on behalf of the participant, plagiarism of others’ works, or unauthorized use of copyrighted content is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the participation qualification will be cancelled immediately, the obtained honors will be revoked and publicly announced.
三、內容準則 | Content Guidelines
內容合規 | Compliance Requirements
參賽作品與拍攝內容須符合「積極向上、多元包容」的國際青少年交流核心精神，畫面健康、創作內涵正向，傳遞樂觀進取、藝術修養、文化自信、跨文化友誼、人文關懷、生態保護等正向價值觀，嚴禁包含以下內容：低俗色情、暴力血腥、封建迷信等不良資訊；侮辱他人、惡意攻擊、種族歧視、違背公序良俗的表達；商業推廣、政治敏感元素；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反各國法律法規的內容。不符合本賽事規範、與攝影藝術無關的參賽素材（含誤提交之非攝影資料）將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規，相關法律責任由參賽者（或其監護人，未成年參賽者）自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。The content of the entry and photography must conform to the core spirit of international youth exchange of "positive and inclusive". The picture should be healthy and the creative connotation positive, conveying positive values such as optimism, progress, artistic accomplishment, cultural confidence, cross-cultural friendship, humanistic care and ecological protection.The following contents are strictly prohibited: obscene, violent, bloody, feudal superstitious and other harmful information; expressions that insult others, maliciously attack, discriminate on the basis of race, or violate public order and good morals; commercial promotion, politically sensitive elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents in violation of the laws and regulations of various countries.Entry materials that do not meet the competition specifications or are unrelated to photography art (including incorrectly submitted non-photography materials) will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant (or their guardian, for minor participants), and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.

圖片素材要求（攝影作品檔）：畫面清晰、色彩真實、構圖完整，可適度後期調色、剪裁，不得過度合成、換臉、拼接造假；不得添加邊框、簽名、浮水印、商標、文字等與作品無關元素，需完整呈現拍攝創作意圖。Image requirements (photography files): Clear picture, realistic color, complete composition. Appropriate post-adjustment and cropping are allowed, but excessive composition, face swapping, splicing and forgery are prohibited. Do not add borders, signatures, watermarks, logos, text or other irrelevant elements. The creative intention must be fully presented.

攝影拍攝技巧規範精准、運用熟練，構圖、光影、焦距、曝光等核心技術要領掌握到位；畫面清晰度、色彩還原度、細節捕捉力把控精準穩定，拍攝難度完成品質高；作品畫面邏輯清晰，構圖飽滿合理，展現扎實的攝影基礎與技術掌控能力。
Standardized, accurate and proficient photography techniques, with solid command of composition, light and shadow, focus, exposure and other core skills; precise and stable control of picture clarity, color restoration and detail capture, with high-quality completion of shooting difficulty; clear picture logic and reasonable composition, demonstrating solid photography foundation and technical control ability.
藝術表達（25%）| Artistic Expression (25%)
能深刻詮釋拍攝主題內涵與情感，通過光影層次、色彩搭配、構圖設計精准傳遞創作情緒；準確把握寫實、寫意、抽象、原創等不同攝影風格特點，韻味到位；整體作品富有感染力，體現參賽者的美學審美、情感體悟與獨特藝術表達力。
Profound interpretation of the connotation and emotion of the shooting theme, accurately conveying creative emotions through light and shadow layers, color matching and composition design; precise grasp of the characteristics of different photography styles such as realism, freehand brushwork, abstraction and original works; the overall work is infectious, reflecting the participant’s aesthetic appreciation, emotional understanding and unique artistic expression.
畫面呈現（20%）| Picture Presentation (20%)
作品畫面幹淨飽滿、主題突出，色彩搭配協調、光影運用得當，無多餘雜亂元素；雙人/團體創作作品配合默契、風格統一、畫面整體和諧，體現團隊創作理念；線上參賽作品解析度、畫質符合要求，無模糊、畸變、雜點等問題，完整呈現創作意圖。
The work has a clean and full picture, prominent theme, coordinated color matching and proper use of light and shadow, without redundant and messy elements; the works of duo/group creation have tacit cooperation, unified style and overall harmony, reflecting the team's creative concept; the resolution and quality of online entries meet the requirements, without blurriness, distortion, noise and other problems, fully presenting the creative intention.
主題與風格適配（10%）| Theme & Style Adaptation (10%)
拍攝主題選擇積極向上、健康有內涵，契合青少年兒童年齡特徵與藝術表達特點；攝影風格與參賽者拍攝特長、技術水準高度匹配，拍攝難度設置合理，能充分發揮個人或團隊優勢，展現成熟的主題理解與創作思路。
The shooting theme is positive, healthy and connotative, in line with the age characteristics and artistic expression of young people and children; the photography style is highly matched with the participant’s shooting strengths and technical level, with reasonable shooting difficulty setting, fully demonstrating personal or team advantages and mature theme understanding and creative thinking.
創新亮點（10%）| Innovative Highlights (10%)
鼓勵在拍攝角度、主題創新、光影運用、後期處理、風格融合等方面展現新意；突出個性化創作特點與時代氣息，避免千篇一律的拍攝模式，展現青少年兒童的藝術想像力與創造力。
Encourage innovation in shooting angle, theme innovation, light and shadow application, post-processing and style integration; highlight personalized creative characteristics and contemporary spirit, avoid the same shooting mode, and demonstrate the artistic imagination and creativity of young people and children.
規範與細節（5%）| Standardization & Details (5%)
嚴格遵守比賽各項規範，作品數量、格式、大小等符合要求；提交材料（報名資料、攝影作品、創作說明、版權證明等）齊全規範；參賽過程中尊重評委、對手與工作人員，遵守賽事紀律，展現良好藝術素養與比賽態度。
Strictly abide by all competition rules, with the number, format and size of works meeting the requirements; complete and standardized submission materials (registration information, photography works, creation statements, copyright certificates, etc.); respect judges, opponents and staff during the competition, abide by the competition discipline, and demonstrate good artistic accomplishment and competition attitude.
成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method
比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。
The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.

為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性，本次比賽評審團由國際國內多方資深攝影與美術領域專業人士組成，具體包括：國際知名美術院校攝影教授、國家一級攝影師、國家級攝影類賽事評委、資深兒童攝影教育專家、知名攝影策展人、優秀攝影創作者及美術領域學者。
To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior professionals in the field of photography and fine arts from both domestic and international backgrounds, including: photography professors from well-known international art colleges, National First-Class Photographers, judges of national-level photography competitions, senior experts in children's photography education, renowned photography curators, outstanding photography creators and scholars in the field of fine arts.
所有評審團成員均具備豐富的青少年兒童攝影領域評審經驗與深厚的專業素養，熟悉不同年齡段青少年兒童的攝影學習特點與藝術發展需求。賽前將接受統一培訓，明確評分細則、紀律要求及國際化評審標準，評審過程全程記錄、全程監督，確保評審行為客觀公正、結果權威可信。
All members of the judging panel have rich experience in reviewing youth and children's photography and profound professional qualities, and are familiar with the characteristics of photography learning and artistic development needs of young people and children of different age groups. They will receive unified training before the competition to clarify the scoring rules, discipline requirements and international review standards. The review process will be fully recorded and supervised to ensure that the review behavior is objective and fair, and the results are authoritative and credible.
參賽限制 | Submission Limit
每位參賽者（含團體）在本次比賽中僅可報名參與一個年齡組別、一種參賽形式（個人 / 雙人 / 團體創作）及一項攝影創作項目。若同一參賽者（含團體）重複報名多個組別、形式或項目，僅以最早提交且審核通過的報名資訊為准，其餘報名自動失效，賽事組委會不另行通知。
Each contestant (including groups) can only register for one age group, one participation form (individual/duet/group creation) and one photography creation event in this competition. If the same contestant (including group) registers for multiple groups, forms or events repeatedly, only the registration information submitted earliest and approved will be taken as the standard, and the other registrations will be automatically invalidated, and the event organizing committee will not notify separately.
團體參賽者需確保所有成員均符合本次比賽的年齡資格要求，並指定一名聯絡人（可為參賽成員或監護人）負責比賽期間的各項溝通事宜，聯絡人資訊需真實有效；雙人 / 團體創作等作品需明確指導教師等相關人員資訊，確保作品版權清晰，無版權糾紛。
Group contestants must ensure that all members meet the age qualification requirements of this competition, and designate a contact person (who can be a team member or a guardian) to be responsible for all communication matters during the competition. The contact person's information must be true and valid; for works such as duo/group creation, the information of relevant personnel such as instructors must be clearly specified to ensure clear copyright of the works and no copyright disputes.

二、獎項領取細則 | Award Collection Terms and Conditions
比賽獲獎結果將通過WhatsApp通知獲獎者，並同步在官方網站進行公示；Competition results will be announced via email to winners and posted on the official website simultaneously.
定制獎項將在定制申請截止日後兩個月內完成派發；Customized awards will be distributed within two months after the customization application deadline.
所有獎項及證書均以運費到付方式寄送；All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect.
獎項及證書一經簽收或領取，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，主辦單位不予補發；Once the awards and certificates are signed for or collected, the organizer will not reissue them if they are damaged or lost.
因獲獎者個人資訊填寫錯誤、聯繫方式無效等原因導致包裹無法投遞的，主辦單位不承擔任何責任；The organizer shall not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect personal information filled in by the winner or invalid contact information.

資訊修改費用 | Information Modification Fee參賽者需在提交報名資訊前仔細核查準確性，表格提交後，每修改一項資訊需繳納港幣50元行政費；Please verify the accuracy of your information before submission. Once the form is submitted, a fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each change made.
年齡真實性 | Age Authenticity嚴禁虛報年齡，若發現參賽者實際年齡與報名組別不符，主辦單位及評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格；Participants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is found that a participant’s actual age does not match the registered division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify them.
規則認同 | Rule Recognition參賽者（未成年參賽者需由父母或老師代為確認）需充分理解並同意本次比賽所有規則章程，違反者將被取消資格；Participants (parents or teachers must confirm on behalf of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to all the rules and regulations of this competition, and violators will be disqualified.
作品原創性 | Work Originality參賽作品須為原創，不得侵犯任何第三方權利（包括知識產權、隱私權等）。若作品引發知識產權糾紛及相關法律責任、索賠等，均由參賽者自行承擔；All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.). Participants shall bear full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes, legal liabilities and claims arising from their works.
資訊使用授權 | Information Use Authorization一經報名，即視為參賽者同意授權主辦協會保留並使用其比賽相關照片、影像資料，用於教育及宣傳用途（包括協會刊物、官網、社交平臺等）；同時同意協會在官方管道公示獲獎者姓名及相關資訊。提交作品即代表同意遵守活動規則，並認可協會依法收集、處理其個人資料；By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use their competition-related photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes (including association publications, official website, social platforms, etc.); and agree that the association will publish the names and relevant information of winners on official channels. Submitting works means agreeing to abide by the event rules and recognizing the association's legal collection and processing of personal data.
