為確保參賽流程的順利推進、線上考試的公平公正，以及參賽資料的評審效果、展示品質與資料規範性，本次 2026 國際菁英青少年兒童智慧盃中文競賽（線上考試）相關素材（含報名資料、線上考試相關配置、相關證明檔）需嚴格遵循以下格式標準，請所有參賽者務必遵守。
To ensure the smooth progress of the entry process, the fairness and impartiality of the online exam, as well as the review effect, presentation quality and data standardization of entry materials, the relevant materials for the 2026 International Elite Youth & Children Wisdom Cup Chinese Competition (Online Exam) (including registration materials, online exam related configurations, and relevant certification documents) must strictly comply with the following format standards. 本次2026國際菁英青少年兒童智慧盃中文競賽以「深耕中文底蘊，傳播中華文化，培育菁英思維」為核心，涵蓋基礎語文、應用表達、文化積累三大板塊，聚焦青少年兒童的中文素養、語言運用及文化認同的培養與提升，鼓勵參賽者主動探索中華語言文化的魅力，積極思考、大膽表達，充分展現自身的中文知識儲備、語言組織能力、邏輯思維能力與創新表達意識。
Taking "Deepening Chinese Literacy, Spreading Chinese Culture, and Cultivating Elite Thinking" as the core, the 2026 International Elite Youth Chinese Wisdom Cup Competition covers three major modules: basic Chinese, applied expression and cultural accumulation. It focuses on the cultivation and improvement of young people's Chinese literacy, language application and cultural identity, encouraging participants to actively explore the charm of Chinese language and culture, think positively, express boldly, and fully demonstrate their Chinese knowledge reserve, language organization ability, logical thinking ability and innovative expression awareness.
考試形式規範 | Exam Format Specifications
參賽形式支持個人參賽或團體參賽（團體組每隊 2–8 人，需明確組長及成員分工，團體組以團隊整體成績計算）。本次2026國際菁英青少年兒童智慧盃中文競賽全程採用線上考試形式，不設線下考點，參賽者需在指定時間內，通過大賽專用線上考試系統完成答題、提交作答內容，逾期未參加考試、未提交作答內容視為自動棄權。
Individual or group participation is allowed (2–8 people per group for group entries, and the team leader and members' division of labor must be clearly defined; group results are calculated based on the overall performance of the team). The 2026 International Elite Youth Chinese Wisdom Cup Competition adopts an online exam format throughout, with no offline test centers. Participants must complete and submit their answers through the special online exam system of the competition within the specified time; failure to take the exam or submit answers within the time limit will be regarded as automatic abandonment.
線上考試相關要求：參賽者需提前準備配備攝像頭、麥克風的電腦（禁止使用手機、平板等移動設備參考），確保網絡穩定、運行環境良好；考試期間需開啟攝像頭，嚴格遵守考場紀律，服從線上監考人員安排，不得出現作弊行為。若涉及口語表達、朗誦等環節，需確保麥克風正常運行，清晰傳輸語音內容。
Relevant requirements for online exams: Participants must prepare a computer equipped with a camera and microphone in advance (mobile phones, tablets and other mobile devices are prohibited for the exam), ensure stable network and good operating environment; during the exam, the camera must be turned on, exam room discipline must be strictly observed, and online invigilators' arrangements must be followed, and cheating is not allowed. For links involving oral expression, recitation, etc., participants must ensure that the microphone is working normally to transmit voice content clearly.
二、考試規範 | Exam Norms
參賽者須獨立完成考試（團體組需在組內成員協作範圍內完成，禁止與組外人員交流、串通），確保答題真實、誠信參賽，恪守國際競賽的公平公正原則。考試試題由大賽組委會統一命制、嚴格保密，參賽者不得提前獲取試題、傳播試題及作答內容，不得借助任何參考資料、電子設備（除考試專用電腦外）、他人協助等方式作弊，不得抄襲、剽竊他人作答內容。
The participant must complete the exam independently (group members must complete it within the scope of intra-group collaboration, and communication or collusion with personnel outside the group is prohibited) to ensure the authenticity of the answers, honest participation, and abide by the principles of fairness and impartiality of international competitions. The exam questions are uniformly set and strictly kept confidential by the competition organizing committee. Participants are not allowed to obtain or spread the questions and answers in advance, or cheat by means of any reference materials, electronic devices (except the special computer for the exam), or assistance from others, and shall not copy or plagiarize others' answers.
嚴禁冒名頂替、虛假報名、作弊、傳播試題等違規違紀行為，一經發現，立即取消參賽資格、撤銷已獲榮譽並進行全球公示；若涉及嚴重違規違紀行為，將記入參賽誠信檔案，限制其今後參加本系列及相關國際青少年競賽的資格，情節嚴重者將通報其所在學校及相關教育機構。
Impersonation, false registration, cheating, spreading exam questions and other irregularities and disciplinary violations are strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the participation qualification will be cancelled immediately, the obtained honors will be revoked and publicly announced globally; if serious irregularities or disciplinary violations are involved, they will be recorded in the participation integrity file, restricting their eligibility to participate in this series and related international youth competitions in the future, and those with serious circumstances will be notified to their schools and relevant educational institutions.

本次2026國際菁英青少年兒童智慧盃中文競賽試題及參賽作答內容，符合「科學、客觀、正向、多元、傳承」的國際青少年交流核心精神，聚焦中文知識傳播、語言能力提升、中華文化傳承，傳遞求真、務實、創新、合作、向善的學習精神，嚴禁包含以下內容：低俗色情、暴力血腥、封建迷信等不良資訊；侮辱他人、惡意攻擊、種族歧視、地域歧視、違背公序良俗的表達；商業推廣、政治敏感元素、宗教宣傳；抄襲、剽竊他人作品及學術不端內容；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反各國法律法規、文化習俗的內容。
The questions and participants' answers of the 2026 International Elite Youth Chinese Wisdom Cup Competition conform to the core spirit of international youth exchange of "scientific, objective, positive, diverse and inheriting", focusing on the dissemination of Chinese knowledge, the improvement of language ability and the inheritance of Chinese culture, and conveying the learning spirit of seeking truth, being pragmatic, innovative, cooperative and kind. The following contents are strictly prohibited: obscene, violent, bloody, feudal superstitious and other harmful information; expressions that insult others, maliciously attack, discriminate on the basis of race or region, or violate public order and good morals; commercial promotion, politically sensitive elements, religious propaganda; plagiarized works and academic misconduct; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents that violate the laws, regulations and cultural customs of various countries.

Solid and comprehensive mastery of basic Chinese knowledge, with clear and accurate understanding of characters, words, grammar, poetry common sense and cultural allusions; proficient in applying knowledge of basic Chinese, practical expression and cultural expansion to complete answers; complete knowledge system reflecting solid Chinese accumulation and fundamental academic literacy.

Strictly abide by all online examination regulations, complying with requirements for equipment use, identity verification and answering procedures; complete, authentic and valid registration, identity and team information; respect invigilators and competition rules during the exam, follow unified management and take the exam with integrity, demonstrating fine Chinese literacy and competition ethics.

比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。
The final competition score is calculated as the average of all judges' scores, rounded to two decimal places to ensure accuracy and impartiality.

To ensure professionalism, authority and impartiality of the adjudication, the judging panel of the 2026 International Elite Youth & Children Wisdom Cup Chinese Competition consists of senior professionals in Chinese language education, Chinese literature and traditional cultural research at home and abroad, including: Chinese education professors from world-renowned universities, experts from cultural research institutions, judges of national Chinese competitions, senior youth Chinese education specialists, academic leaders and traditional culture researchers.

The core awards of the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Wisdom Cup Chinese Competition adhere to the principle of gradient incentives and precise recognition. All awards are determined based on the comprehensive score ranking (knowledge accumulation, logical expression, writing ability, innovative perception, answer standardization, etc.) of the judging panel. 二、獎項領取細則 | Award Collection Terms and Conditions
比賽獲獎結果將通過WhatsApp通知獲獎者，並同步在官方網站進行公示；Competition results will be announced via email to winners and posted on the official website simultaneously.
定制獎項將在定制申請截止日後兩個月內完成派發；Customized awards will be distributed within two months after the customization application deadline.
所有獎項及證書均以運費到付方式寄送；All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect.
獎項及證書一經簽收或領取，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，主辦單位不予補發；Once the awards and certificates are signed for or collected, the organizer will not reissue them if they are damaged or lost.
因獲獎者個人資訊填寫錯誤、聯繫方式無效等原因導致包裹無法投遞的，主辦單位不承擔任何責任；The organizer shall not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect personal information filled in by the winner or invalid contact information.

資訊修改費用 | Information Modification Fee參賽者需在提交報名資訊前仔細核查準確性，表格提交後，每修改一項資訊需繳納港幣50元行政費；Please verify the accuracy of your information before submission. Once the form is submitted, a fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each change made.
年齡真實性 | Age Authenticity嚴禁虛報年齡，若發現參賽者實際年齡與報名組別不符，主辦單位及評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格；Participants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is found that a participant’s actual age does not match the registered division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify them.
規則認同 | Rule Recognition參賽者（未成年參賽者需由父母或老師代為確認）需充分理解並同意本次比賽所有規則章程，違反者將被取消資格；Participants (parents or teachers must confirm on behalf of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to all the rules and regulations of this competition, and violators will be disqualified.
作品原創性 | Work Originality參賽作品須為原創，不得侵犯任何第三方權利（包括知識產權、隱私權等）。若作品引發知識產權糾紛及相關法律責任、索賠等，均由參賽者自行承擔；All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.). Participants shall bear full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes, legal liabilities and claims arising from their works.
資訊使用授權 | Information Use Authorization一經報名，即視為參賽者同意授權主辦協會保留並使用其比賽相關照片、影像資料，用於教育及宣傳用途（包括協會刊物、官網、社交平臺等）；同時同意協會在官方管道公示獲獎者姓名及相關資訊。提交作品即代表同意遵守活動規則，並認可協會依法收集、處理其個人資料；By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use their competition-related photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes (including association publications, official website, social platforms, etc.); and agree that the association will publish the names and relevant information of winners on official channels. Submitting works means agreeing to abide by the event rules and recognizing the association's legal collection and processing of personal data.
規則解釋權 | Rule Interpretation Right主辦協會擁有本次比賽規則章程的最終解釋權，保留修改條款、詮釋規則的權利，且無需另行通知。所有獎項由評審團評定，結果為最終決定，任何相關爭議均不接受異議，如有任何爭議，一切解釋權歸本協會所有；The association reserves the final interpretation right of the competition rules and regulations, and retains the right to modify the terms and interpret the rules without prior notice. All awards are determined by the jury, and the results are final.
