圖像素材要求（國畫作品圖片電子檔）畫面取景完整、光線均勻、無陰影反光干擾、畫面不歪斜變形；完整收錄整幅畫作含題款、印章，不過度濾鏡調色、後期修飾改動原作筆墨細節，保留國畫作品真實原貌。單個作品圖檔大小控制在 5MB‑50MB 之間。

Participation Requirements for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Chinese Painting Open Competition 為保障比賽公平性、專業性與規範性，本次 2026 國際菁英青少年兒童國畫公開賽特製定以下參賽要求，請所有參賽者嚴格遵守： To ensure the fairness, professionalism and standardization of the competition, the following participation requirements are formulated for the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Chinese Painting Open Competition, and all participants are requested to abide by them strictly:
一、作品與創作形式 | Artwork & Creation Format
題材選擇自主 | Independent Theme Selection
參賽者可自由選擇國畫創作題材，鼓勵結合自身筆墨功底與繪畫表現特長，融合傳統國畫基礎、傳統文脈、國際視野與個人情感感悟進行構圖與詮釋，充分展現青少年兒童的繪畫實力、藝術素養與多元藝術視野。 Participants may freely choose themes for Chinese‑painting creation. It is encouraged to combine personal brush‑and‑ink skills and strengths, integrate traditional Chinese painting fundamentals, traditional cultural context, international perspective and personal emotional perception into composition and interpretation, so as to fully demonstrate the painting proficiency, artistic accomplishment and diverse artistic vision of young people and children.
形式規範 | Format Specifications
參賽形式僅開放個人參賽。國畫創作類型多元，包括但不限於：山水、花鳥、人物、界畫、寫意、工筆、創意國畫等，須提交符合本賽事「參賽作品格式要求」的素材：完整作品高清圖檔，若有作品詮釋說明需同步提交規範電子檔案；如為實體參賽，畫紙、顏料、毛筆、印章等創作工具物料由參賽者自行準備，確保創作流程順利、符合國畫藝術規範。 Only individual participation is accepted. A wide range of Chinese‑painting styles are accepted, including but not limited to: landscape, flower‑and‑bird, figure, architectural painting, freehand brushwork, meticulous painting, creative Chinese painting, etc. Materials that meet the "Entry Format Requirements" of this competition must be submitted: high‑definition artwork images are required; work interpretation statements must be submitted in standard electronic files simultaneously if applicable. For offline on‑site competitions, drawing paper, pigments, writing brushes, seals and other creation supplies shall be prepared by the participants themselves to guarantee smooth creation and compliance with Chinese‑painting artistic regulations.
二、創作規範 | Creation Norms
參賽國畫作品須由參賽者本人獨立完整創作完成，確保原創手繪，不得直接複製印刷成品。構圖布局、筆墨運用、色彩層次、意境表達、題款印章處理等須為參賽者自主詮釋；若借鑒名家畫作、經典範本、公開教學示範作品等，需標註參考來源。嚴禁冒名頂替、他人代筆、盜用抄襲他人原創畫作、直接照搬完整作品、使用 AI 生成直接輸出成品、過度數碼後期篡改原作筆墨細節造假，一經發現將立即取消參賽資格、撤銷已獲榮譽並進行公示。 The Chinese‑painting entry must be independently and completely hand‑painted by the participant to guarantee genuine original work without directly copied printed products. The composition layout, brush‑and‑ink application, colour gradation, artistic conception, inscriptions and seal handling of the work must be independently interpreted by the participant. If referencing master paintings, classic models or public teaching demonstration works, the source must be indicated. Impersonation, commissioning others to paint on behalf of the participant, plagiarizing original paintings of other creators, fully copying complete artworks, submitting pure AI‑generated final works, or heavy digital post‑production falsification altering original brush‑and‑ink details is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the participation qualification will be cancelled immediately, the obtained honors will be revoked and publicly announced.
三、作品內容準則 | Artwork Content Guidelines
內容合規 | Compliance Requirements
參賽國畫作品與創作傳達內涵須符合「積極向上、多元包容」的國際青少年交流核心精神，畫面風格正向、主題內涵健康，傳遞樂觀進取、文化傳承、文化自信、跨文化友誼、家國情懷與青春活力等正向價值觀，嚴禁包含以下內容：畫面內涵陰鬱負面、宣揚暴力悲觀、封建迷信的作品；隱含侮辱、歧視、對立衝突、違背公序良俗的畫作；夾雜商業宣傳、政治敏感元素的改編作品；以及其他具有爭議性、不恰當或違反各國法律法規的內容。不符合本賽事規範、與國畫藝術無關的參賽素材將一律取消參賽資格。若參賽行為涉及違法違規，相關法律責任由參賽者（或其監護人，未成年參賽者）自行承擔，主辦單位不承擔任何連帶責任。 The Chinese‑painting entries and expressive connotation of artworks must conform to the core spirit of international youth exchange of "positive and inclusive". The painting style shall be decent with positive thematic connotation, conveying positive values such as optimism, progress, cultural inheritance, cultural confidence, cross‑cultural friendship, patriotism and youthful vitality. The following contents are strictly prohibited: gloomy and negative artworks depicting violence, pessimism or feudal superstition; works implying insult, discrimination, conflict or violation of public order and good morals; adapted works mixed with commercial promotion or politically sensitive elements; and other controversial, inappropriate or illegal contents in violation of the laws and regulations of various countries. Entry materials that do not meet the competition specifications or are unrelated to Chinese‑painting art will be disqualified. If the participation involves illegal acts, the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant (or their guardian, for minor participants), and the organizer shall not bear any joint liability.

評審團將從青少年兒童國畫創作的核心藝術要素出發，對參賽作品的專業功底、作品詮釋、畫面整體呈現等維度進行綜合評定，具體評分維度如下： The judging panel will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the entries from the core artistic elements of youth and children's Chinese‑painting creation, including professional painting skills, artistic interpretation, overall visual presentation and other dimensions. The specific scoring dimensions are as follows:
專業功底（30%）| Professional Foundation (30%) 筆墨技法、線條運用、設色暈染、構圖布局、題款印章處理等繪畫基礎紮實規範；筆觸表現流暢穩定，虛實層次分明；畫面完整度高，充分體現參賽者長期規範國畫訓練與創作實力。 Standard and solid basic painting techniques including brush‑and‑ink handling, line control, colour blending, composition layout, inscription and seal arrangement; fluent and stable brushwork with distinct virtual‑real layers; high artwork integrity demonstrating standardized long‑term Chinese‑painting training and creative capability of participants.
藝術表達（25%）| Artistic Expression (25%) 精準詮釋作品主題內涵與意境氛圍，畫面處理富有層次與感染力；善用筆墨色彩傳達創作情緒；具備獨屬個人的創作風格，充分體現參賽者藝術素養、文化積澱與獨立藝術思維。 Can accurately interpret the theme, connotation and artistic conception of the work with expressive brush‑and‑ink arrangement full of artistic appeal; utilize brush and colour to convey creative emotion; unique personal creative style embodied in artworks, reflecting participants’ artistic accomplishment, cultural accumulation and independent artistic thinking.
畫面呈現（20%）| Visual Presentation (20%) 畫面完整協調，主次分明，構圖疏密得當；題材內容與表現形式契合，整體視覺感受舒適飽滿；上傳圖片取景完整，完整收錄畫作題款與印章，色彩還原真實，無過度數碼修圖調色，還原原作真實筆墨面貌。 Coordinated and complete artwork with clear primary‑secondary relation and well‑arranged density; theme matching expressive form with comfortable and rich overall visual effect; uploaded images feature complete framing including inscriptions and seals, authentic colour restoration without excessive digital retouching or colour adjustment to fully restore the original brush‑and‑ink appearance.

創新亮點（10%）| Innovative Highlights (10%) 鼓勵在選題構思、筆墨處理、意境營造、題材表達、二次藝術詮釋上突破常規、融入巧思；打造獨特創作視角，兼具時代特色，避免模板化照搬範本，展現青少年兒童豐富藝術想像力與獨立藝術創造力。 Innovation is encouraged in theme selection, brush‑and‑ink arrangement, artistic‑conception building, subject expression and secondary artistic interpretation; highlight distinctive creative perspective and contemporary features to avoid stereotyped copying of models and demonstrate youngsters’ abundant artistic imagination and independent artistic creativity.
規範與細節（5%）| Standardization & Details (5%) 嚴格遵守比賽各項規範，圖片尺寸、圖像格式、檔案大小等符合賽事要求；報名資料、參賽作品圖檔、作品詮釋說明等參賽材料齊全完備、格式規整；參賽全程禮貌尊重評委、工作人員與其他參賽選手，恪守賽事規章，展現優良藝術素養與競賽禮儀。 Strictly abide by all competition regulations including image dimension, picture format and file size rules; complete and standardized entry materials including registration forms, artwork images and work interpretation statements; respect judges, staff and fellow participants throughout the event and comply with competition disciplines to show fine artistic literacy and competition etiquette.
成績計算方式 | Score Calculation Method
比賽最終成績以所有評審打分的平均分計算，結果保留小數點後兩位，確保分數精准公正。 The final results of the competition are calculated based on the average score of all judges, and the results are retained to two decimal places to ensure accurate and fair scores.

為保障評審的專業性、權威性與公正性，本次比賽評審團由國內外資深國畫領域專業人士組成，具體包括：國際知名藝術院校國畫教授、國家一級美術師、全國各類青少年美術大賽資深評委、資深少兒國畫教育專家、職業國畫創作者、美術理論學者。 To ensure the professionalism, authority and fairness of the review, the judging panel of this competition is composed of senior Chinese‑painting professionals from domestic and overseas, including Chinese‑painting professors from world‑renowned art academies, National First‑Class Artists, senior judges of national youth art competitions, experienced children Chinese‑painting education specialists, professional Chinese‑painting creators and art theorists.
所有評審團成員均具備豐富的少兒國畫賽事評審經歷與深厚專業造詣，熟知各年齡段孩童國畫學習規律與創作特點。賽前統一參與評分準則培訓，統一評分尺度、賽事紀律與國際評審標準，評審全流程留檔監督，確保評分客觀中立、評選結果權威可信。 All members of the judging panel possess abundant experience in children’s Chinese‑painting competition adjudication and profound professional attainments, familiar with the Chinese‑painting learning rules and creative features of children in different age groups. Pre‑competition standardized training will be arranged for unified scoring criteria, competition disciplines and international judging standards. The whole review procedure is archived and supervised to guarantee objective marking and authoritative results.
參賽限制 | Submission Limit
每位參賽者僅可報名參與一個年齡組別，遞交一件參賽國畫作品。若同一參賽者重複跨組別、重複報名，僅採用最早提交且審核通過的報名資格，其餘報名自動作廢，組委會不再另行通知。 Each contestant can only register for one age group and submit one Chinese‑painting work in this competition. Duplicate registrations across multiple groups will be invalidated automatically except the earliest approved entry without further notification from the organizing committee.
本次賽事僅開放個人參賽，無團體報名通道；參賽者須確保自身符合賽事年齡報名資格，指定監護人作為統一聯絡人對接賽事溝通，聯繫資訊真實有效；參賽作品需確保無版權侵權爭議。 Only individual participation is accepted with no group registration channel available. Contestants must meet the competition’s age requirement and appoint a guardian as the exclusive contact person for event communication with valid real contact information. All submitted artworks shall be free of copyright disputes.

The core awards of the 2026 International Elite Youth and Children's Chinese Painting Open Competition adhere to the principle of "gradient incentives and precise recognition". All awards are determined based on the comprehensive score ranking (professional painting skills, artistic interpretation, visual presentation, theme‑competency adaptation, innovative highlights, etc.) of the judging panel. 二、獎項領取細則 | Award Collection Terms and Conditions
比賽獲獎結果將通過WhatsApp通知獲獎者，並同步在官方網站進行公示；Competition results will be announced via email to winners and posted on the official website simultaneously.
定制獎項將在定制申請截止日後兩個月內完成派發；Customized awards will be distributed within two months after the customization application deadline.
所有獎項及證書均以運費到付方式寄送；All awards and certificates will be shipped with freight collect.
獎項及證書一經簽收或領取，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，主辦單位不予補發；Once the awards and certificates are signed for or collected, the organizer will not reissue them if they are damaged or lost.
因獲獎者個人資訊填寫錯誤、聯繫方式無效等原因導致包裹無法投遞的，主辦單位不承擔任何責任；The organizer shall not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect personal information filled in by the winner or invalid contact information.
三、核心參賽條款 | Core Competition Terms and Conditions
資訊修改費用 | Information Modification Fee參賽者需在提交報名資訊前仔細核查準確性，表格提交後，每修改一項資訊需繳納港幣50元行政費；Please verify the accuracy of your information before submission. Once the form is submitted, a fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each change made.
年齡真實性 | Age Authenticity嚴禁虛報年齡，若發現參賽者實際年齡與報名組別不符，主辦單位及評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格；Participants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is found that a participant’s actual age does not match the registered division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify them.
規則認同 | Rule Recognition參賽者（未成年參賽者需由父母或老師代為確認）需充分理解並同意本次比賽所有規則章程，違反者將被取消資格；Participants (parents or teachers must confirm on behalf of minor participants) must fully understand and agree to all the rules and regulations of this competition, and violators will be disqualified.
作品原創性 | Work Originality參賽作品須為原創，不得侵犯任何第三方權利（包括知識產權、隱私權等）。若作品引發知識產權糾紛及相關法律責任、索賠等，均由參賽者自行承擔；All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.). Participants shall bear full responsibility for any intellectual property disputes, legal liabilities and claims arising from their works.
資訊使用授權 | Information Use Authorization一經報名，即視為參賽者同意授權主辦協會保留並使用其比賽相關照片、影像資料，用於教育及宣傳用途（包括協會刊物、官網、社交平臺等）；同時同意協會在官方管道公示獲獎者姓名及相關資訊。提交作品即代表同意遵守活動規則，並認可協會依法收集、處理其個人資料；By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use their competition-related photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes (including association publications, official website, social platforms, etc.); and agree that the association will publish the names and relevant information of winners on official channels. Submitting works means agreeing to abide by the event rules and recognizing the association's legal collection and processing of personal data.
規則解釋權 | Rule Interpretation Right主辦協會擁有本次比賽規則章程的最終解釋權，保留修改條款、詮釋規則的權利，且無需另行通知。所有獎項由評審團評定，結果為最終決定，任何相關爭議均不接受異議，如有任何爭議，一切解釋權歸本協會所有；The association reserves the final interpretation right of the competition rules and regulations, and retains the right to modify the terms and interpret the rules without prior notice. All awards are determined by the jury, and the results are final. No objections will be accepted for any related disputes,In the event of any dispute, the Association reserves the right of final interpretation.
